The length of the bar and the extra stability needed to handle makes thus extra impressive. I think this should be a strongman event lifting a one arm bar even if it is fairly dangerous.
Really strong man much respect, however a crossfit type athlete wont have this power ,but strong in other ways, high reps with body weight type exercises, its just what you have trained for,
Lol i have done 126 pounds at 82kg bw and 19 yrs old. (Alot better technique than this but with one arm power snatch). This guy muscle snatched it one arm and probably minimum 80-90 kg. Maybe 100@@therambunctiousrobloxian9323
