I am disabled with many health issues and disabilities. I also have cancer now too but I have been unable to do much my whole life. I am mostly bedridden. I am an animal lover and I have two cats, 3 birds and fish. I lost my horse to cancer right before my cancer diagnosis. The grief is profound. I am lost without her. I lived in Maine many years and fall and spring have long rainy months. i love rain at night. i don't live in Maine now. but carry an umbrella with me every day.. That stone light you turned on is great. I always take plain paper and decorate my own stationary and envelopes as write to grandkids and nieces and nephews. Makes it personal centered for each child to enjoy.

Hello Joanne….I also have stumbled upon this lovely channel. I wanted to share a memory from my childhood with you. The holidays were especially wonderful 70 years ago. There was Halloween-not my favorite. Then of course Thanksgiving-my favorite. The day after Thanksgiving Christmas decorations went up. Stores, homes decorated the day after Thanksgiving. It was so lovely and magical. I’m so sorry that it’s gone.
