Just made and enjoyed the bread pakora. What an amazing recipe. I made 12 pakora’s and gave a couple to my neighbour. (Too much for household with one). Just love your chanel and your cookbook “ Indian Feasts” which guides me in my cooking. ❤🙏

It helps if you flatten the bread with a rolling pin, you get a nicer finish.

It's a potatoe wada! well, it could be one. Except for the bread and the chutney... and the spices... 😅😅😅😁 either way, it looks delicious. I love the way you stressed it has to be cheap white bread.

Ya in northern states of India Especially in Haryana Punjab bread pokoda is quite common In states like Maharashtra Gujarat madhya pardesh potatoe Wada or Wada pav is quite common But most unique one is Rajasthan They have kachori & mirchi Wada (my personal favorite & must try). Thanks

God, not everything needs to be healthy ali the time, especially as Diwali is coming up. Having this kind of mindset about food is unhealthy, balance is important, food is yummy and brings joy!
