I know this is the wrong recipe, but just wanted to let you know that we just tried your cauliflower paratha recipe from here. OMG, so good!!! The thing that really made it work for us, though, was your very practical advice during that video. I kept telling myself that if the filling comes out - it doesn't matter! I used that catchphrase during the entire cooking process, and you were right! My whole family enjoyed the parathas, and we're so making those again. Thank you!!

This came across my page yesterday......... Had to try it today, 8 made, four eaten (only 1 by me). Absolutely spot on Thank You) . 4 have gone into the freezer (pastry uncooked) to see if they are as good when cooked from frozen (Weekend)
