Hello :) Today, I will have time to organize my diet this year by looking at my photos, videos, and Inbody. Please enjoy watching my video today♥️ #diet #abs #losefat
I’m a teen in America so that says enough about my body and diet. I don’t want to be unhealthy and ugly for the rest of my youth so I’m finally taking charge of my health! Your channel has been super super helpful. I used to be 200lbs (90kg) and now I’m about 175lbs (79kg) !!! Edit: I’m back up to about 183 now that it’s winter break D: my mom cooks too well man what the heck. Thank you for all the support in the comments! We’re all in this together :)) Edit 2: i found that rollerblading is something i really enjoy! You burn 500-700 calories per hour rollerblading!!
Awesome! Same. Teen in America. I was 200lb and rn I’m taking action to lose it. (Now I’m 185) I want to look my best and take advantage of my youth. I’m tired of feeling and looking fat.
As someone who was a teen in America not too long ago, and who dieted obsessively for over a decade, I can promise you that your weight, your beauty, and your health have nothing to do with one another. You can be healthy at any size. You can be beautiful at any size. You can be thin and deeply unhealthy. Please catch yourself early and look into intuitive eating and body mindfulness rather than dieting. It's so much more effective and focuses on what your body can do rather than what it looks like. You're not an ornament. Don't let the messaging take your mind. Diet culture is a lie.
@@Casmira.Draconid thanks a ton for your advice! ☺️🧡 It’s very true! Many teens have a bigger build in nature. It’s important to be healthy, and let your body adjust to its natural and best form. I’m taking it step by step to build a lifestyle. I exercise regularly and I want to work on my body strength and muscle. I don’t want to starve myself, but I want to eat better. I still eat what I like, but I’m being more moderate. Soon, I’ll incorporate much healthier options to my eating habits.
100 day diet in July 2:45 4 meals(1500 kcal) 1) 30g of Oatmeal, 3 eggs(1 egg, 2 whites) 2->4) 150g of Sweet Potato(or brown rice 130g), 150g of chicken breast. Also ate tilpia, beef with sauce Snacks: almonds, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers Extra: After exercising -> protein shake Results: 3:20 At the end of the 100 day diet, she changed her diet Diet 2.0: 6:30 1) 30g of oatmeal, 5 eggs(1 egg, 4 whites) 2+3) 120 g of sweet potato, 120g of chicken breast 4) 4-5 egg whites, asparagus, half a grapefruit Snacks: almonds, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers Extra: After exercising -> protein shake
The main takeaway from the video is that diet definitely plays a huge part in the fat loss journey. Consistency is very important and even though your body weight may not decrease that much, there can be a lot of improvements in your muscle-to-fat ratio (so you shouldn't give up, even if you cannot see the improvements just yet!) So, body weight doesn't tell you everything about your body. Trust in the process, slowly but surely.
Wow this video was amazing!!! Very descriptive, not unnecessarily long, and gave all the information I wanted to know!!! I’m definitely subscribed. I would love to see videos of what your weekly routine was at the gym! I’m so motivated to diet now & if you could film a day of what you eat in a day, that would me amazing.
@@Lily_Tran In this video she said she ate about 1300 to 1500 calories and in her previous video she said she ate 40% protein/40% carb/20% fat, she might have used the same 40-40-20 as the macros for her diet in this video.
20% is extremely healthy and 15% should only really be for athletes. Women are biologically designed to need more fat on their bodies, you do not need to go below 20% body fat.
@@teadora99 I definitely do not need to. 15% would be only for if I decide to participate in a bikini competition. I think I am healthy and look pretty good at 20% (closer to 19% right now), but it would be good to be around 17%,. I am a personal trainer and part-time model so there are some aesthetics requirements there beyond just being normal and healthy (which I am too at 25%). I do also consider myself an athlete with how much I work out and put attention into my diet given my job.
She did a great job explaining her approach and considering muscle mass vs fat loss. I hope people don't see her specific calories (1300-1500) and think it will automatically work for them too
I was very unmotivated because what I lost in a month I recovered in a weekend, today I came across your video and it has inspired me to continue, hearing that you have also had relapses but despite that you continued, it has motivated me enormously, Thank you very much for sharing your experience!!! 💖
i was just diagnosed with pcos. i’m 17, and it’s a little scary. i’ve been gaining weight uncontrollably. starting meds to control my insulin, and im going to start walking and eating differently. this has inspired me even more to take care of myself
PCOS sister here ☝🏻 Sam, PCOS is all about managing your stress. It isn’t just about the food (even though it is VERY IMPORTANT) but every single aspects that affects your hormones (sleep, work/personal life struggles) and also movement (working out). Look at the whole picture of your life and choose where to start, but don’t do everything at once. Don’t look into getting “visible results” but think of it as a life time: where do you want to be in 3-5 yrs, 10 yrs, 🙏🏻 I’ve been in my PCOS journey for 4 yrs, I’ve lost 30 pounds (in 2 yrs) and only focusing on changing habits. Embrace a slow process. It’s not as rewarding in the short run but in the long run it is🙏🏻♥️
I absolutely love your transparency! I can not thank you enough for sharing this information with us and I will tell you why. So many will show you their workouts, but rarely will they show you their actual meal plan any more than a day or two. The meal plan and not the workouts is where the true change happens. So for you to share with us step by step exactly what you ate, tells me you are genuine in your desire to help us. This type of honesty is rare and you are to be applauded. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽☺️💕
To anyone who's reading this: You are strong. You are beautiful. You are powerful. Remind yourself that working out is not a punishment for what you ate, but a celebration of what your body can do! I hope you have a fantastic day :))
Thank you so much for the detailed explanation of your weight loss journey. I have been giving up on myself all too often but I am now determined to start tomorrow. I'll take videos and pics to keep me encouraged. I'll update a week later. Thank you 🙏🏾❤️
Love this! Important that you point out knowing stats (weight, bmi, fat%, etc.) AND knowing how you look as you progress to your goal. I don't recall ever seeing this advice. Well organized and inspirational! Thank you!
Had to subscribe because of the detail she showed us. This is beyond helpful for all of us trying to be healthy and making it a normal thing or a habit.
Thank you for sharing your journey! Even though you struggle and fall back into old habits, you always get back to work and come out radiant and accomplished. You are so amazing!
It is always a delight to see you… I’m hoping to see the 50 day diet plan working out for me. I will surely try my best ….Thank you for sharing! You look amazing!
“No cheating” means she is only eating single ingredients as long as possible while in a calorie deficit at her chosen amount. Most processed foods are not accurate, food companies and fast food places are allowed by the government to be inaccurate on their nutrition labels. Protein powders are processed foods and their nutrition labels can be inaccurate depending on the supplement company. Always read the ingredient list after their nutrition label, you might find hidden calories.
Beautifully explained.Wishing u all the best.Thank you so much for sharing such a genuine video,I was planning to start a diet and lose weight but lacked motivation.I am so glad that I came across your video and it is very inspiring. Thanks again.
Thank you for this insightful video. I often struggled with the numbers and the comparison of what I see with my eyes. I’ve lost about 3 stone since last year but my eyes still perceive me to be heavier. This video has a lot of helpful information about diet, exercise and the statistics in general, definitely very helpful 🙏🏼☺️
I had to read the subtitles but they were going fast. Can someone me did she exercise 1 hr a day everyday? This is a great motivational video for me thatnk you for sharing your meals and journey Great job for your success!
Thank you so much this video was really helpful. Since I moved to the us for college I gained around ten kilograms over two years. I am determined to get my old healthy body back ❤️❤️ I’ll write a comment again if I succeed
excellent video and i think your diet journey was very healthy... not rushed, just healthy choices over a period on months. congrats on reaching your goals, the video was inspirational.
Thank you so very much for this video! This is a lot of great information that I am going to be adopting starting right now! I've been persistently working out and making changes to my diet. My body fat percentage is 36%, and it used to be a lot more. It's been years of progress, and I am hoping this will really bring it together. Thank you so so so much!!! ❤❤❤
You looked beautiful at the start and at the end :) I think you look great at the start, 20%, healthy and beautiful and still SO skinny imo hahah. At the end, you looked toned and are so happy with your results so that is all that matters honestly! I hope you are happy in your body and congratulations for doing this for you and hitting your goals! I am sorry to hear about your business and I hope things will all work out soon
Thanks for showing us the process of your fitness journey. Its insightful and motivating. I started exercising as well. I feel stronger and I see some small changes, but my diet slows my progress. T_T It's so hard controlling what I eat. >.< I'll input your idea and start on a 50-day diet. :)
Great info and very inspiring transformation! I just want to raise awareness about Amenorrhea, a condition where women lose their period (and suffer other physical ailments) because of over-exercising, or losing too much body fat. I learned a lot from reading books like The Fifth Vital Sign. I'm still getting my attitude/body back on track, but it's alarming how rarely this is talked about. Also, remember that we have amazing powers when we train in sync with our monthly cycles - powers like building more muscle when lifting weights during our follicular phase (pre-ovulation) and losing more fat in our luteal phase (post ovulation/pre period), but it can work against us by impairing our muscle growth during our luteal phase, just as an example. Knowledge is power! I hope this helps even one person. Good luck feeling your best everyone!
Unnie, thank you for sharing your meals😭❤️ This is the sign that I can still see the light of my weight loss journey, thank you for inspiring me!!❤️😘 Ps: what condiments do you use specifically?
