내가 보려만든 정리. 아침 요거트 과일 점심 일반식 또는 호밀빵 샌드위치 면땡길때 실곤약 또는 통밀파스타 (식전 토마토 5알 오이5조각 /먹으면서 그린스무디와 함께 ) 저녁 배안고프면 탄수화물 ✖️ 하지만 그날 너무 배고프면 고구마나 단호박 추가해주기 + 익힌채소 또는 소고기 + 쌈채소 많이 많이 중요한것 1.배부르면 멈추기 2.밥먹기전 채소, 그린스무디 3.물 많이 마시기 (2리터) 4.외식은 월남쌈,샤브샤브, 한식 /카페> 아메리카노나 라떼, 감량시땐 디저트 놉 운동 : 40분정도 20분은 강하나 스트레칭 또는 다노 스트레칭

저는 폭식 습관이 쉽사리 고쳐지지가 않네요ㅠ 덜어서 그릇에 담아 먹더라도 여러번 덜어서 결국 한통 다 먹어버리는... 폭식하는 습관만 없어져도 다이어트가 수월할텐데 하루 걸러 가공식품 폭식을 하네요...ㅠ 영상 너무 도움됐어요~^^ 식단 따라서 해볼께요^^

그래서 저는 아예 치워버려요ㅠㅠ 그 평일엔 다이어트 식단 주말에는 먹자 가 되어버리니까 폭식을 하더라구요 내일은 못 먹는다는 생각에.. 몸과 생각이 따로 놀아서ㅠㅠ 이게 진짜 배고프지않아도 습관성으로 먹더라구요 그래서 아예 먹을 시도를 안해요 눈앞에서 치워버리구요 진짜 먹고 싶을때 이거 먹고 그 순간은 행복하지만 다 먹고 난뒤엔 후회할 제 모습을 생각해요ㅠㅠ 진짜 줄이고 빼는 것보다 유지가 더 힘들어요... 결국 8키로 뺐다가 반년만에 다시 돌아가는 중이에요 하하하 그때 너무 힘들어서 다시 할 엄두를 못내고 진짜 맘 독하게 먹지 않으면 음식앞에 노예가 되네요;;

I love this video!!! I had binge eating as well and have had trouble with managing my weight for many years. I've watched so many weight loss videos that make people feel like they have to diet like crazy and harm their health in order to lose weight. But all of the advice you give is so healthy and practical. I feel like I will be taking good care of myself if I lose weight in this way. You actually make me look forward to losing weight haha :)

There's a little hack: If you're craving for ice cream, mix 1 greek yogurt with 1 or 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder (100% cocoa) and put it into the freezer. You would save a lot of calories.

저랑 키가 같아서 더 관심있게 보게 되네요! 전 59까지 쪘다가 3일 단식이랑 간헐적 단식으로 56까지 뺐다가 지금은 55kg 정도 돼요! 전 48kg까지 빼는게 최종 목표인데 영상을 보니 더 동기부여가 되서 좋아요♡ 감사합니다!♡

@@user-eo2id1gs6z 하루에 15분~30분 정도는 러닝머신하고 평소에도 밥먹고나면 조금이라도 걸었어요! 직장인이나 학생이라면 3~5분 정도 배 꺼뜨릴 정도라도? 자세 교정도 진짜 중요한데 앉아있을때 무조건 허리 쫙 피고 배에 항상 힘주고 다녔어요. 잘때 빼고는 항상 바르고 예쁜 자세를 유지하려고 노력했습니다. 운동이 그냥 거들 뿐이라면 자세 교정은 진짜 몸매 예뻐지는데 메인인듯? 그리고 1일 1식은 도저히 오래할 게 아닌 거 같아서 세끼랑 간식 다 먹되 원래 먹는 양에서 무조건 반만 먹었습니다!(단 간식은 하루 한두번 내 주먹의 반 크기만, 믹스커피도 한번에 반만 마시면 괜찮음) 예를 들어 저는 라면을 정말 좋아해서 포기 못하고 라면은 매일 꼭 먹었는데 라면은 한번에 반개만 대신 계란이나 닭가슴살을 꼭 같이 넣고 끓였어요ㅋㅋㅋ 꼬꼬면에 닭가슴살 완전 추천합니다!! 깻잎에 면이랑 닭가슴살 같이 싸먹으면 맛있어요!! 다만 반씩 먹는 거는 내 몸이 익숙해질 정도, 즉 3개월 이상은 꼭 유지하시기 바래요. 저는 도중에 치킨 시켰는데 그거 먹고 고삐 풀려서 다시 원래 양 대로 먹는 바람에 다시 노력중이랍니다ㅋㅋㅋ 어쨌든 이렇게 하시면 왠만한 분들은 살 잘빠질거에요

Guys I was 1.60 and 60kg and now 1.61 and 46kg and to be honest I wasn’t like her. I looked much fatter and still she looks slimmer than me. And my fat percentage is %11 so how tf lmao🤨.

I remember losing 5 kg in a month with eating 1-2 sweets a day and big portions of food, and I would go swimming every day+ workout as much as I could but I wasn't seeing results at all. For example if my belly was 30 inches it would stay at 30 but after months I'm finally slowly starting to see results!! :)

나나님 폭식이야기 듣는데 너무 공감되어서 ,, 저도 외로움과 공허함을 뭘 먹는걸로 채우고 스트레스도 먹는걸로 푸는사람이라 특히 더 공감갔어요.. 폭식하는동안에 내가 나를 주체못하는 느낌이 뭔지 잘아니까 ㅠ 지금 생각해보면 식이에 대한 감정적인 스트레스 + 일하는동안 받는 심리적인 압박감때문에 퇴근하면 폭식하는데 이게 어느순간부터 습관이 되었더라구요 ,, 아무튼! 나나님 영상 만들어주셔서 감사해요❤ 잘보고가요 나나님 영상참고해서 이번엔 꼭 다이어트 성공해볼게요?

I am 152 cm and weigh 60 kg but I will take your video advice there is a lot to unfold and specific planning makes it easier to take the initiative, so thank you for the video. I like how you mention about habits and doing this within a year because diet and eating is something you handle through a lifetime and it’s important not to beat oneself up for not losing a lot within only a week.

Lol my weight has fluctuated so much in my life, I was underweight most of my childhood for no reason, but when school became intense I turned to food for comfort and weighed 56kgs! Now as a college student who weighs 50-51 and doesn't believe can go lower than 50, you have inspired me!!

저도 타국생활때 밥 세그릇을 양껏먹고도 시리얼을 세 대접을 먹고도 허한 느낌이 들어서 폭식을 한창했었는데 ㅠㅠ 확실히 가족이랑 같이있거나 한국에 있으니까 덜하더라고요 ㅠㅠ

I want to share my story wirh you, though may seem different since I am breastfeeding (pls consult your doctor before dieting at first 6months). After my csection, i started to lost weight. Years ago i was 50kg all the time till that csection. I never eat the same way again. For 2 months i have half cup of rice or sometimes i dont have. I only eat small piece of fish with fats, with lots of soup ("sabaw" in filipino), and lots of vegetables. I eat those 3x a day. 2pm-3pm interval (afternoon snack), i eat fruit, or sometimes milk. If i am hungry, i jusy drink water (too many water!!). In 1month i dropped 1-2kg. Im now at my 4th month and i eat rice again since like i said, diet harms the breastfeeding quality, but i dont eat too much pork etc, i just increased my intake of rice. Im now 46kg. I never exercised btw. I wanted to aim into 45kg and want to have a tone body so i might exercise asap

지금까지 봤던 다이어트영상 중에 제일 만족스러운 영상인거같아여ㅠㅠ 저도 157에 58이였는데 1일1식해서 56까지 빠졌거든요 !! 지금부터 나나님 방식대로 해보면 건강한 다이어트가 되지 않을까 싶어요 덕분에 도움되었던 것 같아요 50까지 빼는게 목표인 만ㄴ큼 화이팅 하겠습니다👊🏻

Usually Koreans youtubers, most of them will suggest very unrealistic and unsustainable diet plan. To lose weight fast etc. But yours is good. More towards changing our habits to a healthier one so that this kind of diet will be sustainable for a long time! Thank you! 2020 will also be a year of change for me. Currently at 62 kg and try to achieve 50kg or maybe less at the end of the year! Wish me luck!

I don't think the issue is the weight, maybe start working out? Chloe ting has amazing ab programs. And just like the other comment said, it's quite underweight. Take care of yourself :(

Don't get discouraged. It's highly likely that people who loose for example 3kg in 2 days are mostly loosing water weight. Which is completely normal. 1-3kg a month is completely healthy and normal. Keep going! 🍀

언니 저 언니 영상지금 어제부터 정주행해서 다봤는데 진짜 대단하신거 같아요 !! 저도 지금 3주째 다이어트중인데 5키로 빠졌어요 ㅠㅠ 정말 치팅도 잊지않고 지키면서 운동도 하고 그랬는데 제가 목표하는 무계가 되려면 7키로를 더빼야하는데 음식 같은거에 예민해 지는게 사실 인거 같아요 ㅠㅠ 정말 조금만 먹어도 찌는 체질이라 너무 스트레스에요 ㅠㅠ 하지만 언니영상보면서 제가 너무 조급하게 빼려는 마인드를 가진게 아닌가라는 생각을 하게되더라구요. 천천히 언니처럼 이쁜몸 만들어볼게요♥

IF really helps a lot. I have a 8h window to eat (between 10 am to 6pm) and I'm no longer feeling bloated in the evening. And the other thing that works is a low carb diet with plenty of healthy fats and lean protein 😍 Good luck🤞

저는 샨토끼 다이어트가 가장 잘 맞았던거 같아요! 변비가 온다고 많이 들었는데 오지도 않았고 식빵이랑 계란을 먹으니 오히려 포만감도 들고요:) 대신 너무 오랜기간 하면 건강에 좋지 않으니 7일동안만 하셔야해요😭 그리고 운동은 꼭 1시간씩 하시고 이후에 다이어트가 끝나도 너무 많이 먹지 마시고 아침은 그대로 샨토끼다이어트식단을 지키시고 점심은 일반식(너무많은양이나 떡볶이나 치킨 등은 일주일간만 피해주세요😭) 그리고 저녁은 샐러드 드시면 좋을 거 같아요! 유지가 가장 힘드니 단기다이어트 끝나서도 나는 다이어트를 하고있다.. 이런 마음을 갖고 계셔야 해요:) 성공하길 바래요! 화이팅❤️

9 months to lost 12kg seems not "attract!" (when compare with other diet video on utube) But!! I know it is really hard! and you do it!! Congrats! I like your video because you did not do any extreme method to harm your body in order to lost weight. I really appreciate your attitude and I still remember the clip you share sth like your internal struggle. That clip helps me a lot. When I get tried during diet, I always go to watch that clip again. It makes me feel not alone coz there is somebody who share same struggle with me. Thanks a lot! Q: May I know your intention at the beginning? Just curious=)

- reduce food. As greens. -excercise - short term diet. - yogurt in morning. Lunch bread w chicken. - Eat cucumbers n tomatoes or greens first before main. - konjac noodles - dinner. Carbs like potatoes. Warm veggie soup. - drink lots of water - Fun - gym or at home. 40 mins

I went from 64.5kg in August to 58,kg in October I don't really exercise or diet i do eat whatever i like but before anything in the morning i drink Apple Cider Vinegar one tbs mix with one glass of water.....and really befeore any othr big meals.....guys plis try it too the result wont be shown in the first month or at least for me bt in the mid of September ppl starred noticing i loss some weight

honeyspread i’m also currently studying in australia and gained a bit of weight as a result of lack of self control 😂 i was 52kg when i first arrived and i’m 54kg after a few months(not a lot of weight gain but i want to slim down anyways) i’m omw to 47kg and am currently around 52kg ✌🏻

@@leavemealone3198 i think you are already in good shape. Instead of dieting, i suggest you to incorporate exercise and "healthy" foods in your "life". And in the process if you loose some pounds or even if you don't, you would still be ok. Take care.

저도 살을 빼기 시작할 때, 51에서 정체기가 오고 그 뒤엔 49에서 정체기가 왔었어요😭 그럴때일수록 안먹으면 안먹을수록 우리몸은 원래의 몸무게로 돌아가려는 항상성이라는 성질때문에 더 안빠지니 한번 하루 치팅데이를 가지시고 다음날 16시간 공복 후 탄수화물을 제한한 식사를 2-3일간 해보시면 체중이 내려갈 수도 있어요! 저도 정체기 왔을때 그냥 치팅데이도 갖고 유지기를 가지자 해서 몸무게가 안빠져도 오히려 증량해도 그냥 두고 한달 뒤에 다시 단기다이어트를 했을 때 더 잘 빠졌어요:-)

There are so many workout routines in the internet. Follow some at home and you will definitely lose weight even without going to the gym. The magic pill here is consistency and not going to some expensive gym for your own health

I would suggest doing something you enjoy. Play a sport, like soccer or basketball, dance, walk. Find a way to move your body that you enjoy and the weight will come off. Consistency is key. I’ve lost weight just by learning loop dances. As long as you are doing something, you will be fine.

I really recommend jump roping/skipping. It’s really inexpensive and it burns a lotttt of calories quickly.

Very informative! Im glad that u are taking a good way of dieting, instead of lose weight in drastic way, your way is more healthy, more varies and can avoid from getting rebound back. Im on way to get my healthy BMI soon (55kg, 160cm). Just lose 11 kg within 10 weeks, so i need to lose 8 more. I wish i can maintain this weight for long time just like u too. Thank u 😘

나나Nanasserie yeah i admit it really hard at first. But dont worry im not starved myself. RN i enjoy doing Intermittent fasting, starts from 16:8 to 20:4. Hopefully i can be consistent & never be so hard to myself. Your video really inspired me alot, to never give up until u get your best result. Love u ❤️

안녕하세요 나나님! 영상 잘 보고 있어요😆 저도 7달째 감량째 하고 있는데 현재 52에서 46까지 감량하고 유지중입니다! 참고로 키가 150이라서 이제야 정상체중인데 감량은 되었지만 몸매라인이나 근육들이 부족해서 운동을 하는 중인데 하루에 운동은 얼마나 또, 일주일에 몇번정도가 좋을지 고민이에요ㅠㅠ 또 운동추천도 부탁드려요! 식단은 계속 조절중인데 좀만 긴장풀고 먹으면 몸무게가 바로 늘더라구요.... 😭 점심이랑 저녁중에 탄수화물을 좀 더 제한하는 식사를 하려고 하는데 언제가 더 효과적일까요? 참고로 저는 직장인이고 도시락싸고 다닙니당❗️

Young Hihi 점심보다는 저녁에 탄수화물을 더 제한하시는게 좋을 거 같아요! 그리고 운동은 저는 일주일에 4-5번 했습니당:) 거의 헬스 위주로 하고 가끔 홈트를 할때는 집에서 1시간정도만 했어요😍

I’m 160cm and I used to wait 69kg And tried so many diets but I kept gaining my weight back. And now my highest weight is 58.6kg and I maintain it (somehow, till now I don’t know how) My goal weight for now is 50kg just so I could lost those 8kg and then go lower in weight eventually.

동기부여되네요 감사해요! 저도 음식양을 20%정도 줄였는데도 살이 안빠져서 힘빠졌는데 세네달 걸려서 삼키로 빠지셨다니 저도 천천히 뺀다고 생각하고 꾸준히 해야겠어요 !!💗
