[Ingredient]
-200~250g clean manila clam
-120g Spaghetti
-5-7 pepperoncino
-Parsley
-5 cloves of garlic
-2 scallion
-1 tbsp salt
-2~3 tbsp white wine
-4~5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-Salt, ground pepper
[How to make]
1. Boil spaghetti with 1tbsp of salt for about 8 minutes.
2. Slide garlic, and chop parsley and scallion.
3. Put olive oil in a pan and stir-fry garlic. When the garlic scent comes up, add pepperoncino and parsley. (Low heat)
4. Add clam, white wine, and cook with lid on. (High heat)
5. When clams open their mouths, add boiled spaghetti and 1 ladle of noodle broth and season them with salt and ground pepper as your taste. (Medium heat)
6. Garnish with scallion.
