With all due respect, uncle Chael, i had my retina detached from a sucker punch, followed up with a few head stomps, and I never called the law. I even know the name of the guy that did it. That was 2003. My only regret was pretending i was Sakuraba(and going straight for a single-leg that wound up being a knee in the eye socket. lol...) Got Glaucoma now, and many of the same issues as Bisping. He has talked to me on social media and constantly encouraged me. Hes a true badass, and a true gentleman.
I've gotten shanked multiple times. And had many knives pulled on me infront of police, not ONCE, even when I was stabbed all over the chest, did the police force me to charge anyone. I've never stepped foot in a courtroom.
Also tho, dont fight at bars lol. You were lucky, I know plenty of people who got dropped and their skull cracked open on the pavement. They're dead now.

You did the right thing. If you're not pressing charges for your own situation, you're doing it to protect the next person that will be assaulted and potentially put in a bad place.

I literally loved this episode. It takes a certain type of guy to sucker punch someone, then to sucker punch a fighter...PLAIN STUPID. It’s always those guys who take the easy way out of every situation, and that overwhelming sense of ENTITLEMENT, all the things that make you type guys punks
It's usually the absolute bottom of the barrel in the social hierarchy that do this. For him(or her) it's the only W he can get in life. At least from his point of view. A solo dude at large social gathering with nothing better to do than look for people to sucker punch. How sad does it get?

What happened to Bisping is a grand tradition of mardi gras. It is done to people who share a certain quality with him, by people who share a certain quality with his attacker. Unfortunately it's impossible to describe these qualities without getting removed.

That's actually what Chael said about Bisping after beating him by decision. It was a decent scrap and Chael showed impressive wrestling + ground and pound with Bisping getting some good shots on the feet.
