The funny thing about Arkham Knights Harley Quinn outfit is that it's an out Harley made herself AFTER The Joker died, so its something she wore on her own accord and choice, so her acting disgusted with the outfit is SSKTJL in weird because it's something she made herself. If it was the classic outfit she was being disgusted at then that would make sense since it would remind her of her time with The Joker

This was a triple A game, produced by a known and respected company, with respected voice actors, not only featuring one known and supremely popular franchise, but with five of the most popular superheroes of all time, along with one of the most famous Batman villains of all time, not to mention the game being a part of one of the most loved and respected video game series' of all time. And in five months, it went from being 60% to being free.

So let me try and understand the logic behind the costumes and characterization of Harley Quinn in this game: “We want to push Harley Quinn as an independent Superv villain don’t need no Joker and we want her to openly express her sexuality and sexual side… but never allow her to actually wear something sexual that would allow her to express that side of herself!” Look, I’m not even a fan of Harley’s Costumes in the Arkham series, whenever I play as Harley in Arkham Knight I always choose the classic costume, but I can respect that those outfits formed you of her character and allowed Harley express that side of her through her costumes (which remember, Joker is dead in Arkham Knight, so the only person making Harley wear that outfit is herself. Clearly this is just her style of clothing.) You can’t have it both ways: either have Harley wear something more modest, like her classic outfit, or have her fully embrace her pride through her outfit.
