In this video, you'll learn the nootropic benefits of Sulbutiamine. This is an update to the video on Sulbutiamine I did several years ago.
This updated video review on Sulbutiamine includes what it is, why it's used as a nootropic, recommended dosage, possible side effects, clinical research, and where to buy Sulbutiamine.
Sulbutiamine is a synthetic derivative of Vitamin B1 (thiamine). It is simply two vitamin Vitamin B1 molecules joined together. Which makes it fat-soluble (thiamine is water-soluble) and the result is it helps thiamine more easily cross the blood-brain barrier.
Thiamine is essential for producing the neurotransmitter acetylcholine (ACh). ACh is used to relay messages between neurons in your brain. And is critical for cognition, learning and memory.
Thiamine also helps digest and extract energy from food. It turns nutrients into adenosine triphosphate (ATP). ATP is the fuel created by your cell’s mitochondria.
And thiamine helps convert carbohydrates into glucose. The energy your body uses for your brain and nervous system.
One more thing about this miracle B-vitamin. Thiamine contributes to the development of myelin sheaths which wrap around axons to protect them from damage.
Nootropics users report Sulbutiamine is great study aid because they are able to work effortlessly for hours on end. Study and work seems less stressful. Sulbutiamine also boosts motivation, increases focus, reduces social anxiety, and improves mood.

I have been using 200 mg Sulbutiamine twice per day for over ten years. I do not cycle it nor have I grown tolerant to it. It just works.

Damn, where have I been all this time without knowing all this valuable information...This gives me some hope as I am battling psychogenic dysfunction. Is Sulbutiamine best taken on an empty stomach or with food? Can i take Sulbutiamine, Alpha GPC and Citicoline together, Thank you very much David!!

Sulbutiamine is fat soluble so must be taken with a healthy oil or a meal. And yes it can be used with either Alpha GPC or CDP-Choline. But I do not suggest using both choline supplements.

@@NootropicsExpert Could there be excess when using them at the same time? This morning I took my first dose of Sulbutiamine (Arcalion) 400 mg and at the next meal I will take the other 200... approximately how long will it take to feel the effects of this nootropic? Thanks, David

IF you are going to 'feel' it at all you should feel its effects within the first couple of days of use.

Is Natural Factors BioCoenzymated a good deal? It has 150mg benfotiamine and 13.5mg sulbutiamine. I already take 100mg benfotiamine daily and nonlonger feel fatigued. Although I once took 200mg of it and it gave me a wired feeling and insomnia for two days.

If it works for you keep on using it. I think anything that works is "a good deal".

@@NootropicsExpert i haven’t bought thr sulbutiamine yet. But isn’t 13.5mg too low?

13.5 mg is so low you won't get any benefit from it.

Dear David, I love your videos, but you and people like you are giving me a big problem. The problem is that according to you, hundreds of supplements are wonderful, and I would like to take those hundreds to reap the benefits. However, it isn't practical to take hundreds of supplements. I am already taking tens of supplements, and the costs are high, and I don't know I'd find time to take more. Maybe, some of the supplements interfere with each other. What I, and I believe others, would find extremely useful, is information about how to reduce the number of supplements I take. Maybe, I don't need Quercetin or CoQ10 if I'm taking Fisetin. Maybe, I don't need Vitamin C if I'm taking Apigenin. Maybe, 3000 mg of Taurine per day would be perfectly adequate, and there's no point taking any more than that. It may be relatively boring for you, but information on how to reduce the number of supplements being taken is the one thing I can't find in the thousands of videos available on RU-vid. So, please give me some guidance on this. Thank you, Gerard.

That is actually a good ides for a video. Thanks for the idea. But I do not apologize for providing the information I do because I hear from tens of thousands of people around the world who benefit from this free information. The problems with many is grasping for the next, new shiny object. And that is NOT what I advocate. Instead, I have recommendations for specific issues including aging and longevity. It is up to the individual to follow my recommendations or try it on their own. I have zero control over the latter.

Which is better Sulbutiamine or Benfotiamine?
@NootropicsExpert
@NootropicsExpert 5 месяцев назад
For nootropic use Sulbutiamine because Benfotiamine does not cross the blood-brain barrier. www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2435522/

What is the difference between Sulbutiamine and Benfotiamine? On Amazon they used to sell Sulbutiamine and after searching for it the other day on Amazon the only thing that would show up is Benfotiamine.@@NootropicsExpert
