Yeah the wind varied during the trek. Sometime wild but other times so calm and quiet. All part of the adventure though, Cheers, Warren :)

Super looking adventure and I loved James' drone shots, he seems such a great bloke! Glad you survived that slip towards the end- that is my nightmare! I used to cycle around the roads surrounding Mynydd Troed on my long bike rides; the narrow road climb up from Llangorse Lake is short but rather brutal on a road bike, particularly for a clydesdale like myself. Once, as I neared the top, I was swearing at the top of my voice which was echoing around the valley. When I reached the top there was a minibus of elderly people all tutting at me! Breakfast looked good- personally I'd swap out the spam for corned beef but that's subjective! Worried now that I may be "under catering" for tomorrow compared to your high standards! Perhaps I should upgrade a beer to a fine wine... actually probably not a great idea!

Hey thanks for the lengthy comment :) I am JUST back from the shops with food for tomorrow and have bought some corned beef for making a corned beef hash and egg combo meal :) Not carrying wine! but I do have a couple of beers - Hobgoblin Ruby this time! Great story about your vocal outbursts and the audience at the top of your cycle climb. Cheers, Warren
