Sun-dried Tomato Pâté/Spread | Vegan | GF
Ingredients…
- 150g Unsalted Sun-dried Tomatoes🍅
- 60g Cashew nuts
- 60g Sun flower seeds
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/8 tsp salt (if your Sun-dried tomatoes are salted, you may not need this salt)
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp GF garlic granules
- 6 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- Water from soaking the tomatoes (we used 8 tbsps)

- 150g tomates secados al sol sin sal
- 60g de anacardos
- 60g de pipas peladas
- 1/2 cdta de comino molido
- 1 cdta de pimentón
- 1/4 cdta pimienta negra molida
- 1/8 cdta de Sal (si los tomates secos están saladas, puede que no sea necesario)
- 1 cdta de orégano
- 1 cdta de ajos granulados sin gluten
- 6 cdas de aceite de oliva virgen extra
- el agua de reposar los tomates secos (nosotros utilizamos 8 cdas en este vídeo)

Yes, you can make a lot of spreads using pesto as template. Mushroom spread, basil & herbs spread, charred pepper spread. We vegans don't have to stick to only fake cream cheese when there are so many other options. Thank you for sharing the recipe! I love to see people making their own vegan new recipes using what s available in their places

Lovely recipe thank you. I had sun dried tomatoes in oil in the cupboard so used them and they worked really well. The quantities of the herbs and spices were perfect so thanks again.

if you add mustard, fennel, chilli flakes, smoked paprika you get pepperoni taste that is nice on pizza

Thanks for the suggestion, we really have tried to promote this channel, all of the recipes are original and we’ve put a lot of hard work in to it, but it takes a lot of time and we haven’t been able to continue due to the lack of income it generates(especially now with the new RU-vid algorithm updates and extra taxes etc)
