Nice seeing you again. What is the significance of time represented by the dial and the book? Did someone specifically commission these or were they your Grandfathers ideas for the police station?
The arrow, 'law' book and sword can be linked to the Police / Justice. Unfortunatly the sword is not that clear any more because it had some modifications in the past. I was moved to another location so it needed some modification to set it on the correct time again. I was not able to change that within this project time frame.
Yes if you subject it to prolonged heat, but if you're just welding joints together quick and are mindful of heat input it shouldn't lose its stainlessness.
