This eclipse has super boosting conscious awakening frequencies. It is no surprise that these lighter boosting frequencies stepped onto the world stage at the end of January. Up to this point, I have shared ways to heal and activate your nervous system to prepare for the higher frequencies.
Now it is time to strengthen your grounding to prepare for lift off on April 8th. Even a Rocket needs stabilizers to secure its intended direction.

I've done this meditation twice at bedtime on different days and on both of the following mornings my Healy device Chakra Analysis reading has been the highest and most even across all chakras ever (90% and above) 😍 just amazing! ( they normally all vary from around 30% up to high 90's). 🙏Thank you Nancy 😊

In Biofield Tuning we refer to these two energy systems as the Sun Star and Earth Star. ❤ both are very important in a Biofield Tuning session. 😇🙏💖☮️💜

I use a shaft of light that has a vaccuum so when I breathe it in, it comes immediately into my body, when I exhale I send it down the shaft of light which reaches the center of the earth immediately through this vacuum. I know the earth mulches everything I send it and returns it back to me in whatever lovliness I ask of it. (i.e. diamond or gold bubbles, flowers, etc.) I only give my experience because I struggled for a long time with how to connect. This works well for me. Peace

This meditation produced vagus nerve reset yawns and significant body jump/jerk/twitching and just when you sighed, near the end, my left ear popped and stopped ringing. Pretty cool! Thank you PS: I experienced a monumental purge of anger/frustration during the eclipse. Also cool, but not what I was expecting 😮
