I personally prefer watch and listen on "real time" with you speaking and giving tips but I liked this way too

I like when you talk 😊 it’s soothing. My boyfriend goes “oh the lady that “talks like this and is so calming” and he whispered it all soothing 😆

I love your work and the effort you put into this however the tone of your voice is very smooth and sweet speaking to the heart and I believe your personality comes out of the way you speak. The way you speak is your weapon in all the ways of course I can understand how difficult is to perform the workout and speaking at the same time. Choose what is best for you and good luck to your next level of success 👏👍♥️💯🍀🍀

Loved this workout I can really feel the burn! Think I like the workouts better with you speaking as I found myself having to count to make sure I got at least close to even on both sides lol!! Love listening to your voice as it’s so calming.

Really enjoyed this workout! Like most of the people who’ve commented, I do enjoy listening to your voice as its kinda like a mental massage, I feel super relaxed afterwards! I also like this way too though as it allowed me to focus on my breathing and use the music to time myself 🙂 So either way is good for me, thank you again! 💕

Love how the dog walks past, like hey guys what do ya think about this!😍 anyway, I like when you speak and give tips, with me being new to Pilates, I need instructions. I also like when you remind me to breath. Speaking of that, could you please do more beginners videos. I love your workouts, but some moves I can’t do yet. My core and flexibility are weak. Request Pilates for beginners- weight loss, Pilates for beggars arms, Pilates for beginners thighs , and so forth. Maybe a series for beginners. I know I need to work my way up to what you do. I fell in love with Pilates because of you,I just don’t know what I’m doing yet. I’m 20 pounds overweight, so it’s hard to do some of the moves. thank you Hannah for all your hard work.😁😁😁

Hello Hannah!!! It's sure that it's another way to work and even I understand your wish to grow your work, I prefer when you are with us with your voice and reactions so joyful!!! However, I did it focus on my breathe... I hope that you are not disappointed by my opinion and can tell you that the exercises are still amazing and effective!!! I like the music in the background, but it is nice to have lots of cues, especially with the breathing.

I love this format. I've been doing your pilate workouts for almost two months and I really enjoy them. I guess I'm the only one that gets a bit frustated when the number of reps isn't clear enough. I really need to know how many I'm going to be doing, otherwise I feel like it's a never ending exercise and I give up xD

Overall I think you do great videos that are very creative with new moves mixed in all the time which I appreciate. I also think you give good tips on form during the workouts. What is difficult for me to deal with is when there are inaccurate cues that throw off my expectations for how much longer I am going to need to do difficult movements. Like sometimes you begin counting then you start talking. When you are done talking you start counting on the same number you left off on. Usually this means you started could down on 10 but we end up doing about 20 reps. Or sometimes, you say "just a couple more" then you do 20 more reps. When a particular move is very challenging, I can not manage my effort if I don't know roughly how long I am going to have to do a rep for. So I really appreciate the videos that you put the mangos or timers on so I know how long or how many times I am going to have to do a move. In this video, I was really surprised to be doing the first movement for more than one minute! And then I didn't know if there would be just a couple long repetitions like that as a warm up or if all sets would be so long. So it would have been great if we knew from the beginning they were all going to be about 1 min or if there was a timer.

I love it, really works on my thigh and core. However near to the end of doing, my legs start shaking. It seems my muscles are not strong enough, what do you think Hanna?

Either style of video is fine Hannah. I suppose I prefer you speaking in real time. More personable, friendly. But that might be more difficult for you - exercising and speaking at the same time! 🙂
