And jaha tak mere senses jaate he, I feel like this video is directed towards urban people, including people from the south who for your information, generally have trouble with Hindi. Aur koi agar kisi aur language me baat kar raha he uska matlab ye nahi ki use hindi se sharam aati he, iska matlab sirf ye he ki use koi aur ek language aati he aur usme wo shayad zyada comfortable he. At last, koi kisi bhi language me baat kare ya video banaye hum koi nahi hote use rokne waale!

For office goers I would suggest you take your fruit that is your breakfast with you to have at office. Have smoothies on weekends. For lunch take with you the salad. You can put the salad dressing into a smaller box and mix it with your salad just before eating. To munch on snack between lunch and dinner carry with you coconut slices. On weekends you can have green juice, coconut water. For dinner you can prepare the sabzi with satvik chapattis or rice. Have your dinner by 7 pm.

Hello Subah, I appreciate your work a lot. Keep it up. I had issue with irregular periods and heavy prolonged periods. I actually avoid doctors but through acupressure I could figure out my issue exactly. I had heavy prolonged periods for straight three months now. I could not follow the exact timing for the meal but continued having the basic salad. I had only three to four vegetables in my salad but that helped a lot. My heavy prolonged periods got controlled and stopped within just a week. I am continuing having my salads.

@SatvicMovement @satvicmovement #satvicmovement You said that nuts and seeds are to be completely avoided at the curing stage, so which type of curing stage they should be avoided and which nuts and seeds can be taken in small amount, i am suffering from IBS Diarrhea which is very well controlled with satvic movement suggestions, madam can i just consume small amount of nuts and seeds for healthy fat and protein, which I have respectively - khajoor, kishmish, munakka, badam, walnuts, fox nut, peanut, anjeer?????

I always feel she shud come out and clarify the doubts that people are having in the comment section. Most of her food combinations are prohibited in ayurveda,i have seen before also not just in tis video. And so many viewers who are aware of it point it out in the comment section. I do respect her and the efforts tat she puts in,No doubt! but she has an obligation to answer her followers. Afterall ,so many people trust her and follow her.

Don't just Spread False Lies, Rumours and Hate about it... We should be thankful that she is helping Realize and Apply Vedic and Ayurvedic concepts in our busy Modern lifestyle... And if we go in accordance with Ayurveda, then dude u don't stand a chance in following what the Ancient Ayurveda recommends... U won't be able to follow it... Coconut in your sbzi receipe nd. Salads.. Probably... South indian have handfull of coconut.. We north indian. That too in himachal.. Find it.. Bit off bucket to have coconut.... And.. Many people i see dont even have... A single sbzi to cook... This thing is *no* for many.....

Hi Pankhuri, For healthy skin & hair, we recommend you follow the satvic lifestyle religiously that includes fasting, enema, wet pack, sunbathing, sun gazing, satvic diet plan and some regular exercise. Do not use any soap, creams, lotions, serums, or medication. They are loaded with harmful chemicals that penetrate deep into your skin and spread across your bloodstream, causing damage to the organs in your body. Use natural alternatives - we have curated a recipe to make a natural face and body cleanser. Click on this link for the recipe - bit.ly/2UxHakX Wear natural fiber clothing - cotton, wool, etc. Avoid polyester, nylon since they irritate the skin. Follow this hair care routine at least 2 times a week - a) Massage your scalp with any Pure Herbal oil for 10 minutes. b) Wash your hair with water. c) Rub some Gram flour on your scalp to clean out the oil. d) Wash your hair with water again. e) Pat dry the hair with a clean dry towel. f) Comb the hair with a wooden comb touching the scalp. Add nuts and fats to your salad but God forbid don't add salt. Salt does not make you fat its excessive calories (which fat has a lot 9kcal/gram of fat). Salt for taste is essential especially for salads.

What would be the best diet for people who do intense workouts such as strength training and cardio everyday? 2. Hie Subah , I love your channel . It is a great source of knowledge , I really appreciate your efforts. I would like you to check with your ingredients in the cucumber tomato salad recipe , cucumber and tomato, do not go together as they have different digestion timings and mixing them together can cause gas, bloating and other issues as well. When the reach the stomach and the process of fermentation starts the acids released in the abdominal cavity for digestion can cause numerous problems .

In all ur videos you focus on raw veggies but now days every vegetables are loaded with lot of pesticides in growing. So are they safe for eating in a raw form.

Cooking won't get rid of pesticides, it will only reduce the vitamins. We should eat organic. Maybe it will help to pill it

Sure, fruits & vegetables do have chemicals in them. However, in today's day and age, everything is contaminated. Neither our fruits are pure, neither our grains are pure. Neither air is pure, neither water is pure. We cannot abandon & leave this modern world. Our intelligence depends on how well we live with the resources that are already available to us. So, the presence chemicals and pesticides is not something that is in our hands. We cannot control it. However, what we can do is ensure that we regularly detoxify our body through 16 hour fasting, regular enemas, wet packs, sunbathing & excercise. This way, even if the chemicals enter our bodies, they will be flushed out & not accumulate inside. Secondly, the fear of chemicals & pesticides should not keep us from eating the best, most nutritious food on the planet - fruits & vegetables. Even though they are contaminated, they still contain living energy that helps to cure our diseases. Below are a few things you can do to reduce the incidence of chemicals - 1. After you buy your fruits and vegetables, soak them in plain lukewarm water for about 30 minutes. 2. Eat more sprouts. You know sprouts are organic because you are the grower. Just make sure you buy organic seeds, which are easy to find online. You can grow sprouts of alfalfa, clover, beetroot, fenugreek, radish, or others which grow in your climate. You can replace your meals with a fully home-grown sprout salad. 3. Keep looking for vendors selling organic fruits and vegetables in your area. Check online for websites which can deliver organic produce straight to your doorstep. However, if you do not get access to or you cannot afford organic produe, do not worry. You will still be able to heal. Thousands of people who have cured themselves by following the Satvic lifestyle have not neccessarily eaten organic produce. Ideally Ayurveda doesn't recommend to eat anything after Sunset... The whole point of Satvic Movement is to Eat and live according to Nature, Eat what is Seasonal and Regional and Be your own doctor... And btw Ayurveda is not one size fits all and also don't judge the Satvic Movement/ Ayurveda just by seeing one video or having little knowledge.. Understand it's philosophy and then apply it.

The beet rocket salad has been my favorite. I make the rainbow salad when I think my jawline needs an exercise. And ayunature is when I don’t feel like blending or I have forgotten to soak the nuts. Thank you for these delicious dressings and salads.

Hi Khodidas, What is protein? Why are we always running after it? Look, protein is a building block for our body. Its job is to build. Build muscles, build tissue, build cells. It's essential for people who need this building - for example athletes (because their muscles are going through constant wear and tear) and kids (if their height is growing). But most adults are already fully built and don't need much protein. An average human being needs about 50g of protein per day, which is easily met by eating vegetables, grains, greens, nuts, coconut, fruits. Excess of protein is a much bigger problem than not getting enough. In fact many diseases in today's day and age such as Thyroid, Obesity, PCOD, Cancer are caused due to a protein overdose. Look at some of the world’s strongest animals - Gorillas, buffaloes, elephants, ox - they never ask "Where will I get my protein from?" or "Where will I get my calcium from?". They simply eat their food - plants and grasses. Yet, they are much healthier than us and are not suffering from the hundreds of health problems that we humans are. So don't worry about these man manufactured terms like protein, calcium, etc. Simply eat what Mother Nature has given, in its whole form, and Nature herself will take care of you. If you are an athlete, body builder or child whose height is growing, you can fulfill your protein requirement by adding the following foods to your diet - 1. Sprouts (of mung, chickpeas, chana, alfalfa, clover, radish, fenugreek). You can add these sprouts to your salad. Your salad can consist of 30% sprouts. 2. Millets (such as jowar, bajra, raagi) 3. Quinoa 4. Green Vegetables (such as broccoli, spinach, peas) 5. Coconut (you can eat coconut slices as a snack or drink coconut milk in the form of a smoothie) 6. Nuts & Seeds (such as almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, flaxseeds). Always make sure you eat them soaked. We do not recommend soyabean, tofu, tempeh, or seitan, as they are inferior sources of protein and very difficult to digest.
