Made it again, adding an extra quarter cup cream, and a tablespoon of sweetened condensed milk. Used Lindt 78% cocoa bar. Fabulous!

In here the Valentine's day was never called as Valentine's, it was always called as "Friend's Day", meaning what it reads. It's not so romance centered as in English speaking parts but friends are remembered, too. I guess some of you call it "Galentine's", now.
