Super Fluffy Cheese Roll-up Buns | Cheese Buns Recipe | Roti Bun Keju Gebu | 起司面包 

These delicious Cheese Roll-up Buns topped with a crisp cheddar cheese crust and swirled with more cheese on the inside are soft, fluffy and flavorful!
Ingredients (For 6 buns):
250g of flour
¼ tsp of salt
20g of sugar
1 tsp of instant yeast
1 large egg
120ml of milk
30g of butter
Milk wash
Shredded cheddar cheese
9 slices of cheddar cheese
Sugar
Bake at 190-200°C for 25-35 minutes.
