Muscle Failure Guaranteed! Super Intense Upper Body High Intensity Workout! Today we will work on the upper body focusing on chest, triceps and shoulders. We're not doing straight up 100 push ups but instead break it down into 10 rounds of about ten reps. Don't however worry about the reps, just move controlled and give your best! I'm only 16 and just started getting into yoga and working out. Did nearly every one on my knees and took a few breaks, but I'll keep coming back until I can make it through the whole thing without having to stop. Such a good workout!

I love your videos and they've really helped my lower back issues. I try my best and have done as much as I could each session, but this is the first time I have ever sworn out loud during your videos (specifically the last one with a single rep and Flo holding up one finger knowing exactly how brutal that would be). The idea to do this set of exercises as a repeating cycle every week is great! I started doing it and I am already feeling the benefits and getting stronger. And also doing the classes recommended in the text under the video. Thank you for a great way to workout every day.

Omg i did it... i never follow hiit videos because I always have the feeling prior that I will fail at it and it always discourages me... but you guys!!! Still loving this one, making progress to get a full 100 reps and then 120 in each video. My fave is to pair with legs back or core, after a 30-45 min vinyasa practice. This channel is amazing!
