This is not for the faint-hearted. This simple combination of 2 grueling exercises is super anaerobic and will skyrocket your heart rate in no time.
It's insane to program 100 of these and it's not a workout you should do regularly. Consider it a challenge.
The two exercises are CrossFit burpees and kettlebell dead snatches. You perform a CrossFit burpee and then one dead snatch on one side followed by the other. You do this 100 times FOR TIME, which ends up being 100 burpees and 200 dead snatches.

Cracked out 60 of these today.60 burpees and 120 dead snatches with a 24kg bell. Took me 26 minutes.was brutal but great fun. 🤙

Nice work. You working up to the 100? It's a great test to do once every month or so to see how you're progressing.

@@Cavemantraining that's the plan!!! I'm in no rush though as dead snatching 24kg that many times is tough work. I'd like to do the 100 in under 40 mins

Oh this is a killer one ! I will give it a try, just asking how manny reps and resting time ? . I think this will be usefull for me nowadays Im working hole day sitting. Thanks for sharing this.

I am going to attempt this tonight and I will be honest I will go light on the KB I suspect I will die after 40 (if I get there )

@@Cavemantraining I actually did the 100 but used a light kb. Still flagged badly though those jumps on the burpees were pretty lazy towards the end lol.

Why is it that you think you're entitled to having free information the way you want it? Do we work for you? We have a business and businesses need to make money too. However, if you had not acted like an entitled troll, which you are when you write "this video sucks!" then I would have guided you in the direction of more information. You see, most people we interact with on our channel don't write things like that, they would write something like "Great workout, would you happen to have some more information?" and in that case we would have posted the link to more information.
