Super Late Model Racing Returns To Toccoa Raceway for the Schaeffer's Oil Southern Nationals. In tonight's video we travel just up the road to Toccoa Raceway in Toccoa, Georgia with the #12 Train chassis super late model. First order of business was a minor adjustment to the left front bat wing to pass tech with the Schaeffer's Oil series officials. Next up would be hot laps with the super late model around the high banks of Toccoa Raceway with a lap time of 15th fastest. The Red Clay Oval crew makes a few adjustment to the car before it returns to the track for qualifying, after the two laps of qualifying we sit 18th fastest. That puts us starting 8th in the heat race, after some good racing during the heat Galen finishes in the 5th position. The crew makes some final adjustments before the 67 lap Schaeffer's Oil Southern National feature race where Galen will be racing from the 10th starting position. The feature race had some great racing action with a few caution laps mixed in during the 67 lap feature. Galen gets collected in a incident in turn 3 & 4 while racing in the 8th position, with damage to the right rear quarter panel Galen is able to continue in the race with a 10th place finish.
