This super simple recipe of lemon pound cake is absolutely delicious!!
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 tsp lemon zest
2 tbsp lemon Juice
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2-3 Eggs
I -2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Lemon Glaze
1/3 cup icing sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋
Bake at 170 Degree Celcius for 45- 50 minutes
