Yep, they're designed to be Funnel/Bit type weapons usable by non Newtype pilots. That's what the wires are for - removes the need to be able to use a Psycommu unit.

Same as the Funnel/Bit type weapons. The pilot's brainwave. However unlike Newtypes, INCOM are assisted by computer to control their movements connected by wire. Easier example of this technology in UC would be Neue Ziel and its hand wired controlled beam cannon/sword arms similar to Zeong and yet piloted by Gato who isn't even a Newtype.

Just do the mission for mp Nu Gundam and you’ll get the incom set once you’ve completed the mission
