Pssh, I bet the people with the rights of the fighters came crawling to ninendo to make some of their characters relevant again. who wouldn't want their character to be in one of the most popular nintendo / brawling games of all time?
Almost every character in the game is a Nintendo character besides Ryu, Sonic, Cloud, Mega Man, Pacman, Bayo, and Snake. Thats only 7 fighters lol. Why would the nintendo lawyers go to their own office and make deals with themselves to use their characters lol?
PreciseMotion well the companies of those characters are company own by Nintendo but the rights of those characters are with those companies for example they have to get the right to Pokémon trainer from the Pokémon company
Not at all. Nintendo owns every one of the properties and can use the characters as they see fit. Nintendo doesn't own "companys" of characters, they have divisions of development teams that make their games. The one exception being Pokemon, but Nintendo still owns the rights to use Pokemon as they see fit as well.
I've watched a lot of these but this is the purest reaction out there. You can tell these guys are friends who have played Smash for years (maybe even since childhood with Melee) and they're so happy and comfortable sharing the joy of every Smash dream come true.
Same here, i've watched a lot of these reactions, but this one, you can clearly tell they're excited for anything for this series, & that they actually deeply care about the Smash series.
There are some people that will say 'IW isn't a crossover though'. That'd be like saying SSB was never a crossover. Every character from IW is from a different series. Creators of the games/movies in question are not what decide crossovers, it's the series that they're from. Sorry, just had to say this for the people that might just come along and say some stupid shit like that.
@@heyhey5462 People say that? I mean, I could care less about Marvel but that's a dumb statement. Pretty much every Superhero had their own movie and are now coming together to stop the same threat. If that's not a crossover, idk what is.
CyanAries I know right? Another stupid thing is, people kept saying Ultimate was a port even after the first major announcement on Nintendo Direct. Sometimes people just don't know what they're saying.

Haha I love watching all the reaction videos of this. Everyone starts off calm and then they see Snake and realise every character is back and they all lose their minds.
Best reaction. There was a sense that you were all just friends who liked Smash and have actually have decent knowledge, enough to know who Pikachu Libre is or to guess that Snake's reveal was on Shadow Moses or to even realize that the Ridley reveal trailer takes place in the same room as his battle did in the SSE.
Even now, watching people react to the "Everyone is Here" trailer is like watching a bunch of kids excitedly open the biggest Christmas present under the tree

True. Some reaction videos about SSBU were annoying to watch because there had to be one guy that was always trying to silence his reaction group, thinking that the SSBU presentation was going to go away afterwards.
