I superwraped my wheels bronze and they came out pretty good this is just how I did it there are better tutorials on there channel that go in detail how to do it
But In the end love the way they came out
And they are also removable

So much better than black in my opinion. Dress the tyres and retouch the logo and will look really nice. How did the paint hold out?

Good video bro. How they holding up? And do you know if its easy to remove like plastidip? That was the best part of plastidip, if done right it peels right off

If you spray from multiple directions and go around wheel getting all sides of spokes and curves you wouldve got a better result and thicker layers which make it easier to remove

I used 3 cans of this bronze over the gloss black base and my rims were still almost black =/

Ya I got frustrated too at first just gotta aim the costs directly at the wheels and it starts to build up but ya wasn’t 100% therr

Neat, but less frustrating to just powder coat them. Yes, more expensive, $60-80/wheel + r&r of tires. But better results in the end. Rarely does cheap/inexpensive yield good results. Plus the entire barrel isn't covered and only has bits of over spray. Meh, in the end, it's your car; do as you want. At least Chevrolet got the wheel design right.

I'm trying to decide to paint/powder or dip my wheels but how do you go back to original color if I paint/powder coat?

@@livewoutlimit...you don't, but is more durable than p-dip (unless you curb your wheels a lot). Well, you can get the wheels blasted to remove the powder coat, but you'll need to refinish/paint the wheel again. I get why ppl plasti-dip wheels, but you still need to mask the barrel to avoid over spray which can make nicely dipped wheels look amateur.

@@K03sport All how to I saw doesn't address the barrel. Totally agree barrels need to be cleanly masked off or fully dipped just like the face
