This is a routine I did when I had terrible back pain, like sciatica, when I had covid. It really helps and I haven't had such bad pain again. I also do the more dynamic stretches after a short walk and finish with legs up the wall for 10-15 minutes. I read it may help with post exertional malaise, which I get if I overdo things. There's a theory that the veins returning blood from the legs after exercising aren't working well in people with chronic fatigue and need some help from gravity and that this may lessen PEM.
