My husband is a clinical pharmacist and when I asked him, he said most of these are readily available and recommended to patients all the time in his clinic. “It’s not even fringe science” is what he said. I have these problems (from a related health condition)and I take a few of them already in addition to lifestyle and diet mods, but I have been under a ton of stress and I’m feeling worse. Thanks for creating this video so regular people without medical degrees can do their own research along with medical professionals.

Unfortunately doctors and Pharmacist are not giving any education involving nutrition when they are formally educated. I highly recommend chain linked amino acids. Wow! Your content on thiamine has blown my mind. This may be the one vitamin that has been causing all my problems for many years. Being deficient in. Sleep apnea, high fasting glucose 110-124, high fasting insulin of 9.1 mIU even though i exercise regular, eat well and still have symptoms. One thing I will say is that you are a very good presenter of material. It's unbelievable. Dam glad there are people like sharing you knowledge. Being deficient in this vitamin might be the reason why I never loose any fat no matter how hard I exercise or diet. Thiamin

I love this guy Thanks! He has helped me and subsequently many others with vitamin B1 knowledge. It's fun teaching people how to reset their energy levels. He talked about berberine and I believe it might be what would really help you. There are a couple of problems with taking it however. It is absorbed at the rate of .5 % but the way to absorb it much better is to take it with coconut milk. Berberine also will build up oxalates so should probably be taken with milk thistle. Milk thistle and berberine work synergistically. The benefits to you are many and will shock you this is God's version of metformin. Helps us lose weight, properly use energy from our food, lowers triglycerides, detoxifies the liver. Aquila and Priscilla are two of my absolute favorite people in the Word😁

Try intermittent fasting. That means start eating at 11am...water only before 11am. And stop eating at 7pm. Water only after 7pm. Add berberine supplements to your diet, and increase fat intake (healthy fats) Virgin olive oil, wheat germ oil, avocado oil, walnut oil, coconut oil, etc.... I'm in a very similar situation as you. It's a chain reaction and you have to investigate where it comes from. Autoimmune comes from GI, which is controlled by the brain and linked by the vagus nerve. Heart issues can throw it all off as well. It's a nightmare do diagnose properly.

Finding this video was a home run for me. I have what I refer to as "brain burn," as well as multiple chemical sensitivities, fibromyalgia, CFS, neuropathy, leaky gut, cognitive problems, and everything else mentioned in this video. I'm like George Castanza. I have it all !!! And because of all this, I'm also broke and isolated, so I can't afford to try all these supplements. Such is life. At least I finally know what's wrong with me, after 44 years. I overdosed on Freon 12 and Spectracide in quick succession. Now I’m going to start up on methylene blue again and see if I have better energy results this time. I also want to mention that I think the Thiamine supplementation has reduced my appetite too. I do not have the significant sugar cravings that I used to have. The kind that make you go insane if you don’t get some chocolate or a candy. Those are gone. Rebecca - it is not just about pharmaceuticals, it is more about the prevailing wisdom on how to best treat health problems. Now, before you start jumping all over me, yes, indeed, drug companies have too much influence and they can make horrible mistakes (sometimes based on profit). But best practice protocols are not just based on drug company recommendations. You can say that modern medicine may have failed you, but it doesn't mean modern medicine is evil. Surely you don't believe Covid vaccines are profit making schemes by drug companies? As for Regulatory agencies, there is a need to validate, etc, new 'therapies', before they're used on the general public. (Thalidomide anyone?). A medical system based on whatever is the newest YT fad, would be a nightmare indeed.......

N Acetyl Cysteine is NOT metabolized optimally for those with CBS mutations and spectrum of methylation impairments. GABA will also not have therapeutic effect if you are depleted in magnesium , B vitamins and other Aminos like Taurine. For me personally All supplements that effectively detoxed and cleansed my congested LIVER of toxins worked extremely well to significantly reduce brain inflammation as follows. 1. Full spectrum of B vitamins especially B1, B3, B5, B6, B9 and B12 All in active coenzyme forms 2. Methyl complex with Betaine & Folate 3. High potency Taurine 4. High potency Choline 5. High potency Inositol 6. Low potency R-ALA with d-biotin 7. High potency ALCAR 8. High potency MSM with molybdenum 9. Magnesium 10. Adaptogenic mushrooms esp Cordyceps, Reshi, Chaga & Lions mane. 11. Calcium d glucarate 12. L-Ornithine 13. Free form Amino complex - 22 Aminos 14. Chromium complex Benfotiamine in isolation was also a disaster. For me No B vitamin works well in isolation and I find the therapeutic effect when All B vitamins are taken in a single combined. Phosphstidylcholine was a disaster! What worked very well for me was High potency Choline Bitartrate for 1 cap having atleast 260mg of Elemental Choline or Cito choline. Non adaptogenic mushrooms like Turkey Tail also did not work for me and Infact aggravated autoimmunity, while adaptogenic mushrooms like Cordyceps and Reshi worked like a charm.

I'm curious if this would be helpful for those of us who are Tapering off of a benzodiazepine. Certainly reducing glutermate would be a big plus. Any suggestions?

Since I've begun listening to you guys trying to fix my vax injury nightmare, I'm taking about 25 supplement pills a day plus special foods. At one point, I wonder if it just runs my kidneys to the ground instead of helping. My CKs are elevated, which means tissue dammage and a chain reaction leads to gastroparesis, thus nutrient deficiencies and all of the symptoms associated with it. I'm living hell. I was young and healthy, athletic, ate very well and now I can't even work and going thru a day takes me everything I have.

Hi Elliot. Do you have any info on a possible link between neuro inflammation and epilepsy? Some of these supplements you have mentioned here are great for epilepsy.

L-Theanine gives me a restless sleep. When taken during the day, after it starts to wear off, it makes me feel slightly aggressive. All-in-all I'm not a fan of theanie

If I supplement glycine, it has horrible effects on my brain. I don’t know if it’s because I eat a meat and leaves kinda diet or if it’s from it being a synthetic form. I have been dealing with some extreme neuro inflammation, I’ve been keeping it a bay with thiamine, 300mg of hci twice a day, I worked my way up to that from 25mg once a day. If I run out, it takes about 4-7 days for the headaches, depression and nightmares to come back. There are a lot more symptoms that are far worse than that so I don’t want to go through that ever again. I take a host of other supplements but the thiamine has been the game changer. I’m curious about taurine and possibly creatine as well as potassium.

Where would you start? Thiamine and magnesium I guess. Is it best to pick three or four and stick with them or is it important to try everything? I wish you well, everyone.

Does gut inflammation or leaky gut cause a stroke? Trying to figure out if this is what caused my stroke. My gut inflammation raises my blood pressure sky high where no medications completely lowers it to normal.

Elliot - if methylene blue is able to facilitate aerobic energy in cells wouldn’t that mean it could potentially be useful in cancer treatment? As cancer cells have undergone mutation to anaerobic processes in the absence of oxygen?

Quite a few of these recommendations block nmda receptors. Wouldn’t too much of this action be a concern as isn’t it needed for memory function? Reduced nmda receptor function is implicated with Alzheimers. I’d be interested to know people’s thoughts on this.

I tried to screen shot the recommended dosages. It didn't work so good. Checked description for a link. Checked your website with out luck. It would be nice in you added a link to the description. I realize everything RU-vid should be taken as a suggestion not medical advice as any reasonable person would.

*NEW SUB* *Question* I was diagnosed with CIRS from high levels of mold biotoxins. My neurological issues are declining. Would this protocol help me stabilize while looking for healthy place to live ? Every Dr I saw said I must get out of the mold before I can start any protocol. I’m grateful for all that you share here.

GABA can have very BAD effect on some including myself, down to 100mg I get like Niacin flush & almost can't breathe, the WORSE supplement I tried. 50 mg to start i can tolerate, but I classify GABA AS a sh**t supplement. Thanks for very useful nutritional information ! I heard that Neuro inflammation is the cause of depression because all neurotransmitters get out of balance starting with Serotonin ? This information is essential for nutritional support of antidepressant therapy using SSRI's & SSNRI's or other antidepressants.

The one thing that will take away my suicide headaches. Cluster type. They're bad. Had them all my life but have increased in a big way since covid. Every single doctor and nurse I've been to has no care at all about helping me. They are so worried about their job and they are severely overwhelmed by volume. They have checklists the insurance companies use as employment contracts . So I read books/articles/research. I stumbled on a workout supplement that gets rid of my headaches before they get next level. I thought the operative ingredient that helped was the caffeine it contained...but different types and sources of caffeine only slightly help. Then I saw the part on this video about theanine. THEANINE! I think this does take the brain inflammation down thereby easing up on that Trigeminal nerve. The product I found is Alani pre workout powder -cosmic stardust. Ease into it if ur sensitive to caffeine. Im a fast metabolizer so it doesn't bother me. I hope this helps someone.
