I love how the cow was waiting for her friend at the end of the video. It was like she was making sure her friend was alright & still coming.

I was surprised only that bit was the issue - it looked like it went up higher than that (when you tilted the hoof up it looked like there was more cavity to get to).

Hiya Gareth, I know that years of experience counts,and am always intrigued at the differences in the density/ malleability of hoof horn coupled with the obvious super sharpness of your knives,but had completely overlooked the time constraints of keeping the cow in the crush as so interested in watching the deftness of manipulating those knives!
