What I have read is that the Grandmother had custody, and the mother had supervised visitation rights. If the courts award the bio mother supervised visitation, that tells you that there's a lot of dysfunction involved.

How could these evil people even indirectly involved their daughter into their crimes? Thank God she was smart enough to know what was right and wrong, even living with such monsters. That Texas county sheriff already knew the situation, he told the court that supervising the exchange of children for visitation was a “waste of sheriffs dept time” The only good thing he did was call the OSBI instead of screwing up the investigation.

Dad was in rehab but he probably discussed all of this kind of stuff with his parents before he was in rehab. He’s a violent person according to his new wife/partner who had to flee the state to get away from him and be safe…..so there’s a 99% chance he knew this would happen at some point and probably discussed plans with his parents all the time.

@@Debby659 here’s what’s in the affidavit, In the affidavit, Rickman(son of Adams,) he discussed death threats by Adams and Cullum. His grandmother also reported that he told her that they wouldn’t have to worry about the custody battle anymore, because Adams had it handled There more in the affidavit, but this is main part about anything pertaining to possible knowledge. I’m not sure if the death threats were towards him or Butler, but with the statement to his grandma it will probably open him up for investigation.
