Engine sounds quite good, I like the slight growling noise. Motorway would be okay so long as not hammering it. UPDATE. After watching this more closely, I think its fine on the motorway. Might be tempted. Its cheaper than a Land Cruiser !
I read about a loophole that lets you import new cars to the US. Buy the car, ship it to the US Virgin Islands, get it plated there, then ship it to the US. Because the VI are a US territory, the plates are valid on the mainland. Of course, you have to be able to afford the euro to US dollar conversion cost of the car (and probably in cash because I doubt most American banks would finance a car on another continent), shipping from Europe to the VI, taxes and fees and inspections to get the tags, then shipping to the US. Not that I could afford it, but hey. I can dream.
Florjan Trepca Its a lot better than the new Defender. This is the country dwellers choice. Land Rover only make cars for people who try to show off while taking kids to school, and I say try because I dont look twice at Range Rovers etc, too common, all leased. If you need a certain badge to get attention then that person must be very self conscious and deep down, lacking in confidence. Ive had all sorts of shite cars, I still got hot women that drove me crazy !
