Helo Meredith 2 years ago i started going to gym because i felt the need to get into a better wellness, 8 months later i had to stop because i lost my work and was no longer able to afford the gym fees. Thats when i found Your channel here, and i started filling my mornings by doing Your workout routines and my whole life has changed. My diet, my mindset, my body wellness Every morning i do a different set of routines from Yourself and coach Gabbi, targeting back, arms , core and legs Im 60, I'm in better shape now than i have been in at least 10 years, sustainably lost weight that will not be coming back any time soon. Thank you for this video. I’m a small person and would like to see a video on how to add more muscle. With age I have lost muscle tone.

It really works! The only reason I had to stop the Metaboost Connection was because of my allergies. I'm getting treated for allergies now and hopefully I can start doing more of the Metaboost Connection meals again! I'm currently doing the One-And-Done Workouts and I'm losing weight that got put on by steroid medication and stress. Last time, I lost 25lbs in like 3mo. I'm hoping for the same this time! Check them out! The great thing is that once you buy the program, you keep it!

So no resistance training? None at all? Do your routines help retain muscle mass? You say 7 minutes? Is that 7 minutes each of upper then 7 minutes lower body? Hard to believe but I’m intrigued

It is literally 7 minutes of working out. I had to stop the last time I did it (moved, had medical challenges, etc), but last time, I dropped 25lbs in 3mos. This time, I've been doing One-And-Done since July 12th (got cleared for exercise after a surgery) and I'm already down from 175 to 167. It should start shedding off shortly - I go through a muscle building plateau at the beginning. I agree, hard to believe, but it is super fast and once you see the scale start to drop, you tend to want to do it every day!

should the 7mins workout be done at one go to be most effective? or we can do the exercise anytime throughout the day to add up to 7 mins
