No, man. I did some tests with different slides. And did a coulple of sound checks with mics and headphones to look what it will be. Used GHS 11" strings set. The only thing that i did was to remove the second one of the second string set- there was unwanted buzz.

Thanks for the help and ideas. My setup was too low. I ended up getting another cheap 12-string for $100 on OfferUp today. The action was high but had great tuners. Ended up being amazing for slide guitar.

@@Roman_Uzhasoff эта правильная. I had a big problem with the slide when I used 2 second strings. Always had a some sort of buzz and other unpleasent sounds in the recording, so I removed one of the seconds and everything seem to be right :)

Ive been trying to learn this on my 12. Same questions. Im In D A D F# A D and everything but the f# sounds perfect. Tried DaDGad, closer but still not it. Please chime in somebody!
