Hold up, doesn’t ISX blow N14 out of the coolant when it comes to Torque? and isn’t it a lot more efficient and arguably just as reliable? That’s what I thought.
They are depending on the owner, and if they did the work to it when our before, it needed the work done. They are a more efficient and just ad reliable, BUT once problem start with them, it's a nightmare.. I'm dealing with someone else's mess.. fixing one thing at a time... I'll have to do the overhaul after a year of owning my isx. None the less I'm learning as I go, and I'm happy to learn.
N14 is definitely more reliable from what I have seen, isx s can be decent engines but they are extremely expensive to rebuild, ive saw multiple trucks leave the shop after overhauls with bills over $30k
