That turbo shutter/surge is actually NOT GOOD for the turbo at all. To much drive pressure on the turbine wheel. Sounds sick as fuck mine does it to but it's not good for them. Just a heads up.

@@jdbacon1366 haven’t heard of any revision... as for the bark just be aware of your throttle... don’t sharply let off and purposely do it and you can 100% avoid it. Although it’s not ideal it not going to grenade a turbo and make the turbo spin “backwards” like the myths say. Over a long time of constantly doing it you can prematurely wear the bearings out
What happens when you have to go through emissions is a couple years. Will you pass? Thinking of buying a 3500. gvwr is 10,001 pounds in my state therefore no emissions/inspection for 3500s
I have had the truck inspected and it passes🧐. Even different parts of my state have different emissions rules. Up In the country side there is safety only inspections but where I live it’s the full safety/ emissions. It all works out 🧐🧐🧐
@@xlandscaper appreciate the response, been on the edge of buying a 2018 6.0 and throwing a Whipple on it or buying the l5p like you. Just worried about passing inspection\ emissions in the future. Regardless love the truck dude thing is nasty!!
Thanks for watching. In one of my other video I removed the muffler and it sound even better!! The tow tune I’m running is a super clean tune and the truck runs strong. I am running the stock fuel system and only mod I plan on doing to the fuel system is changing the fuel filter to a more user friendly replaceable filter
Sounds good! Did you notice any more boost on the edge after installing? I have a 2020 and have all the WC parts. I’m thinking I may need this box now!
The box makes it sound totally different!! Just the chuccchhhhhhhh is worth the money hahaha! Haven’t really noticed higher boost pressure but then again I haven’t really eyeballed it to much.
I reached out to wcfab, they dont have the air box for a 2020 done yet and they said they have other things to get done prior to that.. I was like damnnnn lol
