surely Joplin has this kind of band/set up in mind when dedicating the cascades to a certain "mandolin club"; great version here thanks for sharing // ah sorry it was for 2 banjoists on the cascades, and the mandolin club is for .. the entertainer i think!

No idea; Rob was the one who did the merge with his audio (it's also out of sync a fair bit, I notice -- particularly at the end).
