Yeah Ultimate balance is beautiful to see. So many cool characters are viable. Every month we see something new and unexpected. We had a K Rool (Kirbykid) and a Lucario (Armadillo) qualify for SWT in NE like 2 months ago, now Byleth wins CA. You love to see it!

@@rosestrohm7986 I mean, the game is balanced enough that almost every character has tools to win games. The thing that generally matters is matchup spread more than anything. Nobody would say Byleth is as good as Pyra/Mythra, but it's not like Melee/Brawl where the mid tiers are so much worse than the top tiers that at the top level the mid tiers can't win. Byleth thrives off reads and spacing, and MKLeo is good at reading people and spacing, so he gets a lot of mileage out of Byleth's tools.

Honestly. Sparg0 and Marss are two of my faves (Leo being unstated- no one dislikes the guy) and seeing his Pythra as a Pythra main myself is just exquisite. Leo is insane, being able to match him blow for blow stock for stock is incredible. Sparg0 will eventually become one of the greats, without a doubt. The fact he and Leo play together so often is just supporting that. Both players are absolutely phenomenal. Watching Smash at this level is genuinely art.

Where do you get this? Not saying you're wrong; just that I have never heard this is a bad matchup.

@@acekingdom5050 no it isn’t also matchup winnings are mainly just assumptions, the players are the ones who win do u know how many ppl argue babout matchups and the person ends up losing because they were outplayed, it’s not always character I play a lot of fighters and ppl would argue and bash low tier chars and call them crap then get destroyed.

@@savonmcleod7265 you must not have been around for the e3 smash invitational. Leo absolutely got Bayonetta nerfed after taking Plup off the top several times. Just like how ZeRo got Diddy, Sheik, and Captain Falcon nerfed in Smash 4

@@savonmcleod7265 Yes ike got nerfed in his up b, because leo was constantly taking peoples last stocks off stage(watch him vs fatality). Yet chrom, a high tier and way better than ike, can still use his up b off stage to kill his enemies first if he suicide with them. I don't need to explain every single nerf he caused on characters.

Tweek’s Diddy is absolutely terrifying. I haven’t seen that character look that good since ZeRo in Smash 4 days. If anyone is gonna stop him it’s Leo or Zackray imo

Sparg0 is the "wi-fi warrior" to fear IMO. He is absolutely great, has amazing focus and mentality, is stylish AF, and has burning desire to come on top of the world. He has a bright future ahead

Idk, i think it's even wrong calling them Wifi Warriors anymore, people like Angel, Spargo and even Sonix are starting getting results offline, maybe they will even surpass PGR players. It will be interesting to see how the PGR will transform, if it will transform (probably)

What I appreciate about Sparg0 is that he constantly plays while most of the top players are resting on their status. For that reason alone, I think Sparg0 has some of the highest potential.

Byleth is definitely high tier. But low high. None the less Leo dominating with him is impressive. Its like when Armada started playing Peach and put her on the map.

This is a fact, but most people are delusional and equate a player doing well with their character's tier. Hence everyone always said G&W was low mid tier, then Maister made waves and now everyone says G&W is top tier and only loses to a few characters. Everyone thought Ike was top tier, then it's "ohmahgosh Ike needs buff :(" when his usage dropped. People don't base their opinions on facts, just what they take at face value.

Stupid examples in the comments. Lucina is above average in literally everything. Her speed, kill power, frame data, kill options, weight, ledge trapping, edge guarding, etc. There are no flaws to the character and she's one of, if not THE, easiest characters in the game to learn. Her biggest downside is her recovery, but it insta-snaps, has i-frames at the start, and you run a high risk of getting reversed edgeguarded if you lose to it(which most attacks that aren't big disjoints will). Nobody says Sheik is high tier, either. Lol literally every discussion about Sheik is making fun of how she'll hit you with long ass combo strings and you come out of it with 23 damage. She's fast asf and wins neutral for free but she dies insanely early and struggles to actually kill anything. Byleth's frame data and dash is slower than average while having a horrendous disadvantages state paired with one of the least oppressive advantage states. Byleth is coasting by on having above average kill power and being able to slightly outrange other characters with disjoints. That's not enough to make a character high tier with the big drawbacks he has. Leo is definitely carrying Byleth.

He will only use Joker when he needs to. You have to make Leo bring Joker out
