This was a challenge, but doable workout. I definitely had shaky arms on the second round of downward dog w/ taps! The wall squat also had my thighs burning! Oh! And the bear 🐻 crawl! This was quite a workout! Thanks for the great routine Lauren! I must say I’m impressed with you! You do it all with us and make it look easy!😅

Hey there Eric!! How lovely to hear from you and thank you so much for sharing your experiences with us!! Wall squats really are a special kind of torture aren't they?!! So many little gems in this workout and we are so glad that you enjoyed this one!!

Thank you Eric - these circuits are very challenging. I am so impressed you do them with such a great attitude. For me the wall squats are the killers but that's probably because I need them the most. hahahaha - thanks for your comments.

thanks, this was nice and compact. my symptoms are still relatively mild; a nagging sensation of not being able to use my right hand and foot well, w some stiffening sometimes. i alternate these v helpful PWP vids w taekwondo, jiujitsu, boxing plus daily yoga for mobility. thank you!!

Wow - good for you!!!! Yes you can do this exercise routine daily but please stay at your pace and listen to your body. If you feel your neck and spine are feeling discomfort slow down that exercise or substitute it for an exercise that does not cause discomfort. It is more important that you are moving than you are doing the specific exercise. I encourage you to modify anything and everything to tailor it to your needs and ability. Thanks for joining with me and thanks for putting in such a great effort. Keep up the good work.
