Love the use of tofu and jackfruit over the processed substitutes, not that there's anything wrong with those, just good to show they're not necessary!

I tried jackfruit once. It came in a bag like shredded cheese (not a can like him referred to) and I wasn't impressed. It had a lot of liquid. Should I have pressed it like I do tofu? Any brands you prefer or suggestions as I would love another meat-free option for my eats. Thanks!

I LOVE creamy jalapeno sauce! I use cayenne instead of chipotle and I add a dash of sugar. It's exactly like Taco Bell's 🤤🤤

I made The Burger Dude's Birdie Taco recipe. Today I finished the vast vat of sauce that I made, with a third batch of Tacos having made all sorts of other stuff. It was just gorgeous. I mean, really damn good. Jump around the kitchen giving thanks good. Thank you for the amazing recipe.

A tip! In a pinch, stirring in the dry sub during the cooking process can help to amplify the flavor! Be sure to grease them tofu properly so it clings to the tofu and prevents burning

Looks great! I have a request. Can you veganize Del Taco’s soft chicken tacos? I used to eat them many moons ago and really liked them. The mayo sauce was especially good!
