It took 9 months for them to send this backordered item.
This fits on ALICE and MALICE frames, obviously. It may also work on Mystery Ranch NICE/MT frames, but I can't test that since I don't have one anymore.
This can allow you to put just about anything on your frame. I believe that it was more geared towards mounting breaching tools.
High Ground Gear makes the HG ALICE Frame Modular Panel (AFMP), which is similar to this.
