Tahoe Air Vent wasnt working in the front. Only the rear vents and AC were working fine.
When turning on the AC in the front, nothing would come out from the front vents. You can hear the blower and AC work but no air. So it had to be a Actuator door not functioning properly. It turned out it was in fact that. You can fix this in 5 mins without any tools if you choose NOT to replace the actuator door mechanism. This is the cheap way to fix it. This is how i did it and maybe it will help you out.
