this is the best demo I've seen for an outside kick (i.e. slow mo and controlled). please do inside kick!

Learning the slow grace and muscular focus of Tai Chi will improve your performance in any martial arts and other sports and dancing, as well I knew a member of the Atlanta ballet and he was better than his competitors because of Tai Chi (his words).

I've never seen someone with the ability to move it at that slow speed. We see it in reverse.. It's fast; we're like yeah. It's slow.. we're like wow!

the leg sweep has saved my ass on many occasions, you choose wether to hold them on the way down or let them splatter on the floor, personally I prefer to hold them, so they know what could have happened and also gives you the opportunity to do a ground hold, or just foot on the kneck and ask them if they really want to continue..lol ( from like 1st year Judo and street fights, not Tai Chi, which I respect equally as much. 🙏
