Hmmm , for some reason I got triggered on there technique to remove the cake from the pan . Like ...... why ?? It looks like it takes so long and you ruin it. While everyone is on about the half the arm thing. .what bothered me was the pan removal .
Additional taste: arm skin's particles, soft hairs, dust, and sweats of the baker! LMAO for a moment I thought this Castella is a street food- why bother with gloves 😂.

In baking time they didn't use hot waterbath and foam making time they use cream of tartar,,in other recipe they didn't show,is everyone use cream of tartar??
OK. It's a cake... the kind of cake anyone can do at home. Though, I don't see the point of wearing gloves if its to pour up to your arm in the batter :/
Her - just throwing the eggs around and not one single yolk breaks 🤯 Me - goes through 3 fking eggs because the yolk keeps busting, and all for JUST ONE poached egg!!! Fml 😩😩
