Carnivore Bread Recipe:
Makes 1 loaf
Ingredients:
250g Carton Egg Whites
¼ tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Powder
3 tbsp 20g Beef Gelatine
3 tbsp 10g Protein Powder
METHOD:
1. Preheat the oven to 320F/160C and line a loaf tin.
2. Whip the egg whites, salt and baking powder to stiff peaks.
3. Add the the protein powder, then while the mixer is running sprinkle the gelatine over the mixture.
4. Add to loaf tin, making sure to get the mixture into the corners and smooth off.
5. Bake for one hour, switch the oven off, then let the bread rest in the oven for 30 minutes with the oven door slightly ajar.
STORE: Refrigerate for up to 4 days
Carnivore Flatbread:
1 cup Smooth Cottage Cheese
2 Eggs
1 tsp Beef Gelatine
You can add fresh herbs or seasoning blends
METHOD:
Blend all ingredients together, pour onto a line baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 350F/176C for about 40 minutes.
