"Being fat is hardwork" bars......Brix Fitness.... We think working out is hard, just being fat socially is much harder...im trying to drop from 300lbs right now. you can always stop a workout anytime, but u can't stop being fat if you don't try....

good luck! I was 265 and dropped to 200 and it changed my life. I still struggle with sugar and sometimes go up to 215 after binges... once I can conquer the sugar addiction I will be set! I was so out of energy I thought I was just gonna die in a pile of junkfood, and I could rarely stay awake for a full movie, it was a struggle... things are so much better now that I can focus, sugar is the only things that steals my focus and throws me back into depression

Great video. Top notch like always. I appreciate your blogs and videos. They help me stay on track. The constant reminder not to sweat the little things and to stay consistent are such a huge help!! There are days when I’m tired and am dragging my but. I hear you say “just make it though the door of the gym”. Not every work is going to be a complete 10. Another one of your great quotes. Sure enough tired but at the gym, though the door my work out starts slow, as my body finds energy. my mind gives way to the clutter of the day. I start focusing on making this rep count. I was addicted to Mountain Dew & Sprite for years. I tried everything to give it up. Expect seltzer water. I use flavored seltzer water ( not sparkling water because it’s too sweet to me now) to curb my taste for fizzy drinks. I lost my first 10 lbs when I gave it up.

8:50 - love you explanation. I'm fighting to get rid of my moobs and i realize that it comes down to being an a caloric deficit, now IF is help also. i dropped 20 and like you said, you cant control where you lose the weight! My upper half didn't change 1 bit. Now i dropped 3 inches in my pants and my previous big butt has all but disappeared!

I've been saying forever I dont go by the scale I go by how I look and feel and I'm very in tune with my body . I can see when I've dropped body fat in a number of places I care more about how I look and feel .

According to Thomas delaur and the studies he reads you can spot reduce in a fasted state. In a fasted state the area That is being worked on the most will burn faster

Since 6 months ago I have been a subscriber and repeated watcher of your vids. Because of this you have motivated me to [at the age of 66] to get in shape. Hey Brix..I appreciate not only your message but your delivery bro keep it up. So I was an ectomorph for the majority of my life, always skinny and athletic (play a lot of basketball). Once I got married and had children I got the "dad bod" going on! I just purchased your 12 week transformation program and I'm starting tomorrow. I use to be a big believer you have to train in a fed state to avoid fatigue, muscle breakdown etc.. Man was I wrong... 2 years now training fasted 😁

I did 4 weeks of boot camp (weight training in boot camp) and I have now signed up for 8 more weeks. The key is consistency. I have changed my diet, I eat at a caloric deficit and I do my best to drink a gallon of water everyday. Most days I can only drink a half gallon. I feel the difference, but you are so right about the scale. As you say it takes time. What do you mean in 4-5 months a person should start to see a difference? I might need to chill with the peanut butter...yikes.

I'm on day 225 of my fat loss fitness journey. I started at 345 lbs. Of course crap diet didn't help at all. I've lost 128 lbs so far. I'm 217 lbs. I want to get to 200 lbs. My question is how might I get rid of the extra skin at my lower abdomin. Will my body absorb it after time.

Hey Brix. I am 6'3 and lost 11lbs in the past 2months I'm now 280. I broke my foot in '05. I've had 6surgeries and my foot is fused(it doesn't bend and it swells and is painful all the time) could u do a vid of core&leg exercises since squatting and running is not an option?.

It fits best for my lifestyle to work out late evenings(around 7:30/8pm). I try to do intermittent fasting but if I do 12-8 I tend to be hungry or get cravings when I leave the gym. Would intermittent fasting still be efficient if I did an 2-10 eating schedule?

Hello my is Regina iam also on my weight path i lost over 100pds got a job was feeling great got fire due a lieing coworkers I got depressed about losing my job fell back in old ways I watched from time to time you do inspire me to get back on the bandwagon and I'm in my journey and my path and you know like I realize it's it's a mind over matter and having that support team which I really don't have continuously have a support team in my weight journey but I have to educate myself on how to eat even though I was successful in losing 100 pounds eating you know eating healthy eating more healthier I should say and I just got to implement that bad and any suggestions and I watch you all the time the different interviews you do what other people I'm just at a crossroad like a fork in a row like I just have to go all the way and I can watch that video with you when talking about timberland the the artist and it's a mind thing you know instead of trying to get to the end of the race you got to start from the beginning and no concentrate so much on you know how you going to get there how fast you're going to get there you know and build a support team around you so you can stay on your way Pat thank you

Keto diet..... Your have to deplete sugar before it can start burning fat..... Cut out sugar and carbs for at least two weeks, to a month.

I got a question. In order to loose weight you say you need to be in a calorie deficit (Of course with eating healthy), burning more calories then you take in. So, how do you know how many calories you're burning throughout the day? I'm very active. I work out 6 days a week early in the mornings. My goal is to get more cut up but, I'm having trouble getting rid if this last layer of fat. I'm just starting to fast but I dont know how to determine how many calories I would be burning throughout the day. Can you help?

Do you think using jello packs to switch up the flav of your protein shake ( my lazy way, and it tastes bomb every time!)🤤 is “healthy”. My friend pissed me off talking about jello being bad for you, it’s plastic... blah blah blah. I’m thinking coming from a duet of fast food and losing 50 pounds thus far with 10 to go.. a lil jello to my protein shake ain’t gonna kill me 🤔🤷🏾‍♀️❤️

@@jasonisler4852 Honestly I quit cold turkey, I wouldn't suggest doing it that way, because it took a serious toll on my body. Waking in the middle of the night with cold sweats, withdraws, I even suffered a mini heart-attack(I was a very heavy drinker). I didn't have anyone to help me through it, I did it on my own. I honestly don't have any good advice( I kept a rubber band around my left wrist and I every time I wanted a cigarette I pulled the rubber band and popped my wrist until pain out weighed want).
