Absolutely not. The Tatra is based on unique suspension with central backbone tube with independent swinging axles. The all parts of drive line are hidden in the backbone tube. Only engine and cab is mounted on the top. The superstructures are mounted directly on the backbone tube without interframe because chassis is torsion free.
