Bought one a year agoo. Lasted 32 charging cycles and stopped charging. I try for 35 days now to get the problem solved with the company. No result till today!
expansion foam in bottom and pouch cells pressed into it to glue down. nothing on sides is why it is hollow. the UL logo photoshopped on for advertising photos is a tad aggravating.
@swss12 The cell could doped up and mixed with something else that allowes them to be charged with a loer temperarure without damaging them... On the other hand they just usevthe wrong bms or it was programmed wrong. On the other hand, someone could get a $15 temperatur controller to turn off a charge controller when the temps go down to the freezing point and they come with a 12 volt and orher operating voltsges.
