Providing activities for the elderly is SO important. I used to work at a nursing home and the best day we had was Senior Prom. I even got some of my residents to dance with me. It's incredibly detrimental for an elderly person to sit around and be understimulated. This program is amazing.

What an amazing program! I work with the elderly every day and see the toll it takes to be in a nursing home puts on them. Its so important to not ignore the elderly, as i have learned and continue to learn so much from them. How much of a difference that small act made in there day! Great video Hannah!

I can't thank you enough for this series, Hannah. It's so moving + inspiring! This video in particular was so touching. My grandmother lived in an assisted living community and I wish I would've thought to do something like this! Comedy is such a great way to not only make each other laugh, but also to open up new lines of conversation so you can learn things about one another you maybe never thought to ask about. Thank you thank you for making videos and for being you!

Hannah, this is my favorite Have a Hart Day video so far, and one of my favorites by you. It's wonderful to see such a great and fun program geared towards seniors, especially one where they get to laugh, try out new (comedy) exercises, and share about themselves. Seniors are a group that I care about deeply, and to see more attention given to the population, especially by those from all different generations is wonderful! :)

I worked with the elderly for two years, and the most important part of my job, to me, was to make them smile. What you guys did was amazing! You really have no idea how much those smiles and laughs mean to them as well as their families. It is amazing that you can put comedy to work in such an awesome way. I didn't know any of those men and women, but I want to thank you guys for making their day! It's truly awesome work you are doing! :)

A quote my dad told me once "youth is wasted on the young and wisdom is wasted on the old". Our elders have so much wisdom and knowledge to share. The gap between the old and the young is ever increasing. Hope this inspires the young. Love Hannah and Mamarie.
