Once again Phil and Ry dropping truth bombs! There are hundreds of coaches, but only a few who have the ability to make their players ready for the WNBA. Geno is one of them. Caitlin Clark is going to have to take her lumps for now. As I said before, the only thing the media loves more than a nice round number is creating villains. CC needs to keep doing what she is doing and not fall into that trap. Peace.
You can cover the Connecticut graduate WNBA players and how they are doing each week! You can also cover what the rookies are doing before they start at Connecticut especially if they are on a junior Olympic team. It’s more work for you. But it provides more content for the viewers. I love the roster. Aja has been dominating the league, and Sabrina is shooting well so far this season. Stewie, DT, and Collier as well as all players earned their spot. The media has used CC to push so many narratives, it's absurd. CC has not earned her spot, plain and simple. CC will be there the next Olympics. She will have her time

CC is also setting records as a rookie none of these old lezbos have done. Half of CC turnovers are her teammates fault & it's been explained by real folks with actual bb knowledge. CC also has better numbers as DT. But keep hating out of racism & hatred because your a weak pathetic person.

This whole discussion is ridiculous! CC has played less than 20 games since graduating from college! She's never been on a team that as won a National Championship. CC does not have the experience of these other players who have played year in and year out to build the WNBA and played under not so great conditions - like having travel on commercial airlines! Yes, Phil and Ryan, her day will come soon enough! She has a terrific shooting record, but unlike UCONN players they were taught what it means to play team basketball. And, it's not where one player scores 40 points, but the team looses (this has happened to OWA)!
I am more interested in Sarah strong playing in the americup this week. I am expecting Aaliyah Edwards to play for Canada. Stewart and Collier were obvious selections to the team. I wouldn’t have selected Diana. I don’t think she is one of the 12 best American players right now. Plus she already has 5 gold medals. I wish there were more youth on this team. Building to the future is exciting. And team USA isn’t doing that.
There was a time when the men’s Olympic team took one college graduating player to make the Olympic team. Even though the person didn’t get to play very much, they got great experience. But I also think the women are hypocrites. Other rookie WNBA players have made the Olympic team even though they were not the 12th best player! Personally I think they picked the team the right way. But even these twelve are not the best twelve in the WNBA. This is all about business marketing vs talent. Are more people going to watch the Olympic women’s bb team if Caitlin is out there? Will those new fans translate into more popularity for the WNBA?
I'm sick of hearing Caitlin Clarke's name being pushed by the media. She is not the GOAT. If anything she is the Billy. Leads the league in turnovers. Leads the league in pouting and complaining to the referees. Several times I've watched her pushing off when attempting a shot. It just makes sick knowing I've wasted my time watching two of her games. Another thing that sticks in my craw. Sue Bird is part owner of Seattle. Why isn't she helping Nika at all ? Nika had to wait two months before getting a Visa to play pro. Edwards had her Visa on day one. Then around the eighth game after receiving her visa, Nika is thrown in to guard CC. After not playing for two months and CC not losing any time at all. The biggest insult was the last game Seattle played. Being thrown in with another player for 42 seconds ? I'm starting to go from being a Bird supporter to a Bird hater. So much for the extended UCONN family helping hand. How about that 3 pointer by Lovely Lou as time ran out.
Sue did help Nika. She traded away Jade Melbourne so Nika could make the team. Nika is going to have to go away to Europe after the season and get better if she wants to play in this league. She may also be a possibility to Golden State since I think there will be an expansion draft.
@@TheDisruptiveOne How is Nika supposed to get any experience now. If she's put in for 42 seconds, let alone all the DNP's. When Seattle was winning games up by double digits. That was the perfect opportunity. As a comparison. Jade averaged over 10 minutes a game last year. Averaging 2.6 points a game. Jade does not impress. Jade did little to earn a spot. Your hate for Nika still shines brightly.
