I love how you can turn shifty rework into a masterpiece. I appreciate your craft and your craftsmanship. Thank you for another peek into your world. Much love and God bless.
I'm not a cowboy boot guy, but Tecovas makes some nice products. It's a shame the culture around cowboy boots as work boots often leaches into the higher end versions with fancier leathers and they end up looking like these came in as. Cleaning and conditioning your boots only takes maybe 30 minutes fellas, come on now.
“Turned out pretty good…” You’re too modest. They turned out amazing! It’s such an eye opener to see the mediocre work of other cobblers and how you can correct all of their wrongs and give the customer an amazing result.
It is interesting and people should take note, those two top lifts look very, very similar but some people may not realize that the rubber in the Vibram (or similar premium product) will last you alot longer.. It may be the difference of $3 in the end and its not worth cutting that corner.
"Hey man" where you been Steve? Maybe youtube is just not sending me notifications on your new videos? Anyway nice to see you! 😎👍 Boots turned out awesome!
Not something I would wear but, I totally appreciate the quality and the beautiful appearance of this pair. So many people miss the finer detail that turn an ok pair of boots in to a high quality pair. The people who know, know. These now such a high quality.
I work in sewers and water people don’t understand we have a job that’s filthy n if you do t get over it you won’t make it. Thanks for repairing our shit kickers man
You took a ratty repair job and provided the customer with a pair of beautiful boots. This video was too short. There is much joy in watching your process.
This expert and professional just showed his technique on this situation on the boot and made it look easy. Hes has the knowledge that will be lost someday. Best wishes sir
Great job. Yet another insight into the varied skills you possess. Fixing that tear in the upper was a work of art. It's good that the owner knew who to hire to fix that and the other mistakes made by previous cobblers.
