If forcing people not to have fun while fighting off the virus isn't working we should try letting people enjoy themselves to see if that will help their bodies fight off the virus. Seeing that the vaccines don't even give you natural immunity this is the only way to get it to wait it out.

It's what I call "symptom of the monster". He calls a safety meeting because a safety meeting is the protocol for serious matters for businesses. It's not a logical reaction nor do you wrap your head around the consequences. Standard protocol requests you call everyone in to discuss a safety meeting when there is a risk of safety As a matter of fact I literally just had this happen at a work today. A safety meeting with one topic being "A lot of people in our store are catching covid" The problem is that COVID requires you to employ emergency protocols which may not even exist. Because of the way my work works. There is no guaranteed line of communication between work and workers. This again is a "symptom of the monster". Policy demands that nothing related to work occur outside of work because that would be working off the clock.
Ppl with jobs like that are lucky though, I honestly think everybody at my job had covid but we were forced to work anyways or lose our jobs. Oh and yes we deal with customers face to face. Even if our family members tested positive we still had to work smh... they only care about profit and production in the end.
@@JzLyfe im not sure what state youre from but there are definitely avenues you could have pursed if you had gotten a positive test and they were asking you to work. ESPECIALLY if you are in constant contact with the public

For 10 days off and able to collect unemployment at their level sure I'd hope a coworker got survivable omicron. I'd volunteer to get the same covid I had in August for 10 paid days off. I tested positive before the swab made it into the lab, had no symptoms and was more active and had more energy than I do now. Guy at the CDC that called me after 12 days asked me my symptoms and I told him increased energy, increased appetite and increased mucus production. His response was you're either immune to delta or had a false positive. It did come out that most of the tests in 2020 and 2021 were compromised or tainted but I was the only one in a household of 7 without symptoms.

There was 12 of us testing positive with covid within a 3 week period and they didnt shut our factory down. We came back 5 days after testing positive. It was cleared by the HR dept
I've currently got that headcold variant... Omicron... Whatever they're calling this one. Well, who knows what variant it is, it's not like they tell you.
